Contacted the team at LGH as we needed our boiler serviced. We received a few quotes and this was the most competitive. Great communication and not pushy, engineer arrived as agreed, performed the service. He was polite and professional all round really happy with the service we received, happy to recommend.

Boiler broke down leaving me without heating and hot water. LGH came out, despite them having a busy schedule. They repaired the boiler and both Kerry in the office and the plumbers were genuinely concerned about my situation. They repaired the boiler the same day and I can’t thank them enough. Had leaking radiator seal. Contacted LGH who gave me an appointment but we're then able to send someone earlier. Only took short time to fix and drain radiator and refill and open flow. Had also asked at initial call about fault in kitchen sink tap. Plumber checked it but could not identify or fix and suggested to leave until got worse.
