Comprehensive work carried out by the technician. On this occasion it was Jonathan - thorough and reliable. Very pleasant and helpful, communicated clearly all work being carried out for the annual boiler service. Resolved a possible blockage satisfactorily. All working in good order. Immaculate in keeping tidy and clearing up after work was completed.

We discovered a water leak in our bathroom coming from the shower, rang LGH Plumbing and Heating Services Ltd in Lowton/Leigh, the lady who answered was very helpful and efficient and said she could get Johnny to come over later that day, he arrived within the hour and traced the leak which turned out to be the pump for the shower, Johnny disconnected the pump to stop the flow of water. We ordered a new pump and Johnny came back today to fit. Perfect job. My wife and I are so pleased with your company's service we have asked you to quote and supply our new central heating system and bathroom suite. Many thanks for everything. and look forward to seeing you again.

I have used Mr Hutchinson and LGH plumbing on several occasions and always found them efficient and helpful. This job was replacing radiators. I had a detailed discussion with Mr Hutchinson before the work started and was given excellent advice regarding the sizing of each radiator to fit my rooms. The work was carried to a high standard and for the agreed price. The plumbers were courteous and worked hard and cleared up afterwards.

Fantastic service from LGH. We made an enquiry in which we were contacted by a lovely lady in the office who booked in the job for the following morning. Jonathan came to carry this out as promised and we now have a Gas Safety Record Certificate. Less than 24 hours and our needs were met, absolute first class service and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you so much guys, we will certainly be using your services again in the future.

Annual gas fire safety check and service was carried out with diligence and care. I was asked to order a new part, a thermocouple which I did. The part was fitted and left in working order. The engineer examined the cooker piezo ignition which was not firing and advised it would be an expensive replacement and would best be done by Neff. The alternative handheld ignition that I was using was perfectly safe and I could continue to use this. Everything was clearly explained and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation to recommend LGH plumbing to family and friends.

We discovered a problem with our central heating on Monday 20th December and are expecting elderly relatives to stay with us for a week over Christmas. A cold house would not have been a great welcome. I called LGH on the Monday anticipating all closed for Christmas but they arranged for them to call on Tuesday to have a look. He was very thorough in identifying the issue, procuring a part and fitting it. An excellent job and a great relief with a warm house for Christmas. Many thanks to LGH for a prompt response at a busy time of the year.
