Ian and the brilliant LGH team were able to fix my mum's faulty boiler last minute before Christmas after she was let down badly with her British Gas HomeCare Cover. My mum is a pensioner living on her own, and British Gas left her with no heating or hot water for 9 days during the cold snap, failing repeatedly to attend arranged appointments. Enter the boys from LGH, who repaired her boiler no problem at all, and made her Christmastime a whole lot more comfortable and warm! As always, the service provided was professional throughout, helpful, considerate, informative, and friendly. Can't recommend LGH enough! When it comes to boiler maintenance and repairs, my mum will now only use this local five-star firm. Well done LGH!

As in this particular instance, fault finding can be difficult to diagnose and rectify when the issues are intermittent and can lead to more than one visit. Really pleased with the initial service and installation of my boiler. This went quite smoothly, done in a day with a day after check. The teething problems were sorted without delay and the general helpfulness of installers was excellent. Having a full kitchen fitted is never easy, but Johnny from LGH Plumbing couldn't do enough to help us. The sink taps under quartz worktops left the tiniest space to work for Johnny and he would not give up. He is a credit to the company. The fitted washing machine was also done to a really high standard. Thanks again for giving us a stress-free experience. This is how a company should be run! A***

Comprehensive work carried out by the technician. On this occasion it was Jonathan - thorough and reliable. Very pleasant and helpful, communicated clearly all work being carried out for the annual boiler service. Resolved a possible blockage satisfactorily. All working in good order. We discovered a water leak in our bathroom coming from the shower, rang LGH Plumbing and Heating Services Ltd in Lowton/Leigh, the lady who answered was very helpful and efficient and said she could get Johnny to come over later that day, he arrived within the hour and traced the leak which turned out to be the pump for the shower, Johnny disconnected the pump to stop the flow of water. We ordered a new pump and Johnny came back today to fit. Perfect job. My wife and I are so pleased with your company's service we have asked you to quote and supply our new central heating system and bathroom suite. Many thanks for everything. and look forward to seeing you again.
