Darren(Installer) arrived promptly 8:15 am and introduced himself as the engineer. he then started to sheet and protect the work area, then began ripping out the old boiler. His communication was excellent explaining each stage of the install. Darren did not leave until everything was spotless and tidy, he left at 6:00 pm which to my reckoning is a good days work. I have found my experience using LGH Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd feeling secure that the install was done to a high professional standard. My old boiler was serviced by them and that is why this company stands out.

Serviced fire and boiler. Very conscious of social distancing and need for cleanliness and care while in the home. Excellent job and also gave some advice on thermostatic radiator valves while on site. Definitely recommend.

Fixed a boiler with no running hot water, replaced the heat exchanger, and serviced it at the same time. I've been using them for years, always do good job, very reliable. Nothing wrong with their prices.

Annual service and gas check carried out. Prompt attention to my request for the service. It is a difficult time with coronavirus restrictions, but the service engineer was very considerate and careful. This was very much appreciated as we are in the 'vulnerable age group'. It is good to know you have a reliable service company, who also installed the boiler for us. I can without hesitation recommend the company.
