From my initial enquiry until the final window fitted, this experience has been a refreshing and happy one. It's great to see a local family run business understand how to sell, manage and keep a customer informed on every aspect of the installation. There is no heavy handed sales pitches here, its a journey together making sure that everything you want to happen "Happens". The experience and knowledge of the sales team is outstanding and every request for non standard works or modifications can be discussed and solved without a problem. L&L have a very good communication, work and customer satisfaction ethic and this is to be highly commended. The Installation teams are prompt, efficient, polite and sensitive to working in your home. Every day the work areas are cleaned before leaving and at every point the service team advise on progress, any minor defects that occur or issues are swiftly dealt with. It's testament to why this company has been in business for a long time - Quality, communication and customer satisfaction, Keep it up guy's - great job.

We have just had windows and doors replaced by L&L Installations, based on a recommendation from family. From the outset, it was obvious we were dealing with a professional and caring company. The salesman who came was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in advising what would be the best for our needs and type of property, taking into account our wishes/ideas. The showroom was impressive and all staff extremely friendly and professional. When it came to having the work done, the guys could not have been more hard working, conscientious, friendly and cleaned up so well each day, you wouldn't have known they had been here. The type of workmanship that is very hard to find in today's world. We received calls throughout to ensure we were happy with everything. We really can't rate this company highly enough and would thoroughly recommend them to everyone. In a road where we were almost the last house to be double glazed, every neighbour has stopped and commented on how lovely the windows/door look and how well they have been installed.

We recently had a new door, windows and some construction work carried out by L&L. We cannot praise them highly enough. Everyone including the salesman, office staff and the guys carrying out the work were extremely helpful., nothing was too much trouble. More importantly they did an excelllent job, tidying up as they went. We've used L&L for around 10 years and have never been disappointed and would certainly recommend them without any hesitation.

We've used L&L many times over the years and always been pleased with the product and service.its obvious they take customer service very seriously . Some of our windows are now over twenty years old and as good as the day they were fitted. Now retired we wanted to keep the maintainence on our cottage to a minimum so we had the gutters and down pipes replaced and the roofline upvc'd recently, no more painting! . The kitchen door was also replaced at the same time.We're delighted with the work and the team who carried it out.

Maybe we look back at things in the past through rose tinted glasses, but when I remember work being done on our family home in the mid-20th century all the craftsmen were cheery, hard working and respected their customer and his property. They drank tea and cleared up after themselves at the end of each day, and any minor problems were dealt with without hesitation or complaint. That's the L&L experience today. Over the years we have had new UPVC windows from them, a conservatory built, internal archway doors designed and fitted and a superb front door and surround. Each time it's been an absolute joy to use their services and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (and have done many times) to anyone if you want a quality job at a good price, with no nasty surprises. From their initial sales visit to the final signing off check everyone you meet is highly professional and upholds the standards of a bygone era. We should cherish companies like L&L, and no, I'm not an employee or connected with them in any way, just a very satisfied customer.

I cannot rate this company highly enough! If you are looking for excellence, high quality workmanship and professionalism then L&L is the only company to choose. Over the years they have undertaken several pieces of work for me ranging from simply replacing window handles to a new front door and also a fantastic conservatory. From the sales visit to installation the staff are friendly and efficient, nothing is ever too much bother. The products they install have lengthy guarantees and are serviced regularly which is an added bonus. What makes them stand out for me is that they come to your property, undertake their work and they leave the place immaculate. For me there is no other company that comes anywhere near the quality of L&L and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My wife & I moved to our current property in 1985. Fresh glazing was required and after seeing an installation on a neighbour's property by L&L decided we would try them. We have used L&L ever since. We have had the whole house fitted with new windows. They have built an integrated brick based conservatory, glazed a new front porch, fitted outside glazed sliding doors and panelled doors. Over the years we have had two sets of French doors fitted. From the 1st enquiry to completion of all projects we have found L&L to be very professional. They always arrive on time, are polite, friendly and respectful: their work is always carried out to a meticulously high standard. L&L have been employed on our local Village Hall refurbishment supplying and fitting security doors and windows. The Committee have all been impressed by their standard of work and ability to work hand in hand with other builders. The products they use are 1st class. Both products and workmanship are guaranteed for 10 years. Each year a service engineer visits and services all products installed within the last 10 years. This is a free service which is integrated within the original purchase price. In the time that we have dealt with L&L we have always been delighted with every single installation that we have had done. Having used L&L Installations at two homes, four times over the last 20 years, we really cannot praise them highly enough. Each and every member of staff from initial contact to completion of the work and follow up, showed a high degree of professionalism, was and continues to be, a pleasure to deal with. The quality of the doors and windows, installation of the products and aftercare is second to none. This is the third time I have used L&L. I have been so pleased with their earlier work that I unhesitatingly had them back again to do three bedroom windows. They did a very good job as usual. Their product is good and their customer service is remarkably good. Why can't other firms be like this? Price is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Just had extra windows fitted to create more light in our dining room. Everything was sorted out by L&L from start to finish. Plans, Building Regs, etc. All aspects of the job were carried out in a professional and friendly way. The actual work on our property was done when they said it would be done and each day the guy's cleaned up brilliantly when they finished. We put covers on our furniture and they even covered our covers with there own, which kept the dust down to a minimum. This is the third time we have used L&L and wont be the last. Highly recommended.
