Our very old boiler died. We caller Terry Lambert and he came less than an hour later. We needed a while new system and it was all replaced including new boiler with high pressure water system. Terry explained everything he was doing all along the way. He was professional and courteous at all times. His workmanship is fantastic. Would highly recommend as many other people I know would also.

Terry replaced all the radiators and flushed the system in my mothers flat. He has done the work to an excellent standard, arrived when he said he would, and is so much more reasonable than other quotes. My mother was very anxious and he was very effective in calming all of her concerns. Would highly recommend Terry who was excellent to deal with.

Terry Lambert replaced my crazy heating system three years ago and installed an efficient and streamlined system which works brilliantly. He is incredibly knowledgeable and can be trusted to do the work professionally and properly and not cut corners which will create problems down the road. Since doing that job he has serviced our boiler and dealt with all plumbing issues in our home. He always shows up when he says he will and takes the time to talk through the problem and solution in terms we can understand. I trust and recommend him without reservation.

Terry called in the manufacturers warrantied service after faults with a Valiant boiler after only 2 years. They replaced the PCB, which did not solve the problem. He diagnosed the fault, worked with limited access to "tiled-over" pipework and fixed it quickly.

Terry Lambert carried out the installation of our combi boiler and associated equipment, including the equipment to make the system more reliable and more efficient. First impressions is he is very amiable and easy to talk to. Terry put all the details in layman's terms and made sure we understood what he would do and what we were getting so the right decisions were made on equipment. He's fast but efficient in his work and the its a very good quality of installation. the proof is in the pudding and we have an excellent hot water and central heating system now throughout the house. We recommend him highly.

Terry was excellent and everything you would want. He explained everything and had I cared I’m sure he would have explained it until I understood, but I was just happy to let him get on with what he thought would work best. He plumbed in a dishwasher which was awkward. Initially he didn’t have the parts, but we arranged a second visit, he came back late on Friday to finish the job so I didn’t have to take more time off work and then he was happy to do odd jobs (putting up mirrors) which I had asked about. He was recommend to me and I would happily recommend him.

A water leak was discovered coming from a pump in our flat on a Wednesday. Fortunately the leak was slow at that stage. Our normal plumber was not available, so I called Terry Lambert. He took a lot of trouble to source the right replacement pump - working efficiently with photos of existing connection. Terry then fitted the new pump two days later, thus avoiding a major problem.
