Lee and the team at Lancashire Damp Proofing were amazing throughout from start to finish and made my whole experience a pleasant one. I had a damp course and plastering and the work was perfect A* Lee was speedy with my initial appointment and explained everything, after many tradesman's reports I had mixed feedback. Lee was honest and straight to course of the problem, This was refreshing and gave me confidence in the work to be carried out. The report was emailed same day and price was reasonable. The team (the boys ) were truly amazing they just couldn't do enough to help. They always arrived on time, explained what they were doing for the day to keep me updated, they kept everywhere clean and tidy . What a fantastic team I cannot fault in any way, The work it self was perfect, the plastering was amazing . I am really pleased with Lancashire Damp Proofing and would highly recommend to all, They are a friendly professional honest company. Thank you Julie

Thought I had a damp problem in my kitchen so made an appointment with Lee & he arrived bang on time. After checking interior & exterior walls Lee confirmed it wasn't damp, merely condensation, and advised how I could sort it out myself. That's it. No overinflated estimate, no unnecessary work, just straight, honest advice. For free. As a single female homeowner it was nice to find a tradesman who didn't rip me off - thank you! :)

I called this company for advice on house damp patches. They were extremely helpful and arranged a surveyor to come visit within 48 hours. When Lee visited he checked for damp and offered great advice even though no damp detected as it was condensation issue

Prompt submission of quotation - executed the work on time - courteous and polite - flexible when it came to obtaining the keys for entry to the property, which resulted in some unforeseen delays but we were not charged extra for that. Guarantee documents arrived promptly. It was not easy to arrange unimpeded access for dampness survey when we are 200 miles away, so more flexibility would be welcome.

Just had my appointment with Lee, initially concerned, but was given solution that was both practical and cost effective. No need for expensive remedial actions which could of benefited company. I thought I had a serious damp problem in my kitchen as I get slugs and a corner of the wall is black. Requested an estimate and Lee arrived on time. After spending a good 20 minutes examining the interior and exterior walls he said I didn't have a damp problem at all. It was merely condensation and an unsealed waste pipe. He advised on how to rectify the problem and that was it! He could have charged me a fortune on unnecessary work but he didn't. How refreshing. I will certainly be recommending Lancashire Damp proofing to my friends and colleagues! Thank you for your honesty Lee .
