Requested a survey on mould, he came on time and he was very polite and professional. Although I do not need any work doing he gave me some great tips on how to rectify my problem. He could have easily said I need work doing. If I ever need work doing I would not hesitate to contact him.

The property was badly affected by damp and I knew that in advance of Lee's inspection.Lee came round the following day to survey and produced a comprehensive remedial plan and diagram. The work involved the removal and replacement of existing floor, joists and skirting, removal of old plaster, installation of plastic membrane, installation of chemical damp proof course, boarding and skimming to most of the ground floor. The price was very fair for the vast amount of work that needed doing. The quality of the overall work was excellent and the plastering is the best I have seen. The guys are all friendly and very approachable.

A survey was arranged very quickly and a report provided by email later the same day. Very helpful and all questions answered satisfactorily. Job scheduled within a week of accepting quote. We were told the Contractors would arrive at 9am on the day, we called at 10 to ask where they were as they hadn't arrived and hadn't called us. They arrived at 10;15 and seemed a bit annoyed that we'd called the office as they said "we've come all the way form Blackpool you know". We said we'd only called because we were told to expect them at 9am! Other than that they were polite and helpful, and cleared up as they went, leaving the room neat and tidy. The plastering work was amazing, such a smooth finish. Overall, we were very satisfied with the standard of work and the speed from initial enquiry to having the work completed and would recommend this company.

Lancashire Damp Proofing provided a fantastic service from start to finish. Emailed enquiry received phone call some morning, appointment made, Lee arrived exactly on time, quickly established the cause of my damp walls & the work required to fix the problem. Happy with price so booked in, tradesmen arrived, again on time, carried out the work in a friendly, cheerful manner (in tropical conditions!) They were very knowledgeable & courteous, removed plaster from walls, installed damp proof course, replastered, replaced skirtings & covings where necessary, took away all rubbish & left it clean & tidy. I am so happy with the work & would highly recommend this company.

The work to sort out a wall that was getting damp was done on time at budget. A small problem arose when an electricity cable was broken, but they fixed this problem. Workers were pleasant and efficient and we would use the company again.

Great company. Helpful and knowledge staff. Sorted my damp problems out following incorrect cavity wall insulation fitted many years ago. Extracted faulty insulation and took all plaster off wall. Damp proofed wall and re plastered as necessary. Cleared all the rubbish at end. Highly recommended

Very easy to arrange the free damp survey for my home. The surveyor was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the problem and how it would be resolved. Survey report was received within a day or two and was very clear and informative. Easy to arrange for the work to be carried out although, being so busy they could only fit me in two months later. The work carried out was to an exceptional standard and the tradesmen carrying out the work were very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Would definitely use Lancashire Damp Proofing again.

This company is definitely impressive in deliverying a quality service and so professionally that I had to leave a review. Work done, four damp / condensation patches inside sorted and cavity wall insulation and debris cleaned / removed. The team of guys were amazing, a couple of issues missed on the quote (and not spotted by me) were immediately sorted, with not a single comment of it being an issue. They just sorted it. Great customer service all round, turned up when they said they would, from initial quote visit to booked works. All delivered very clean and tidy, you wouldn’t know they’d been (other than the new plaster) Work quality is second to none and ready for me to decorate quickly, not even being able to see where the work joins after decorating, perfect plaster work. Can’t recommend them enough, wouldn’t hesitant to have them for another job.

Excellent from start to finish. All staff professional. Their damp procedure means you can decorate much sooner than you can with other companies. Was all perfect, highly recommend, very pleased. Quotes are for what work you need, not for what they can edge out of you to get more money. So fair quote, excellent finish on job and manager worked hard to meet my needs at short notice.
