From our first enquiry the company gave us excellent customer service. The work completed was done on time and to a high standard. The workmen were polite and always left the rooms clean and tidy each day. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

From quote to completion of works this company were great and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Asked for a 'free' survey/quotation for works needed. Very prompt, quotation by email next day, on acceptance was quoted a start date, but when explained our situation (living upstairs), that date was brought forward considerably! Workmen cleaned up very well & got the job done quickly & efficiently. Would not hesitate in recommending this company.

The boys got on with the job they were very pleasant and told us each day what they would be doing. They left no mess and we are well satisfied with the work. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the way the work was carried out.

Very professional, explained everything that they were doing. Worked very hard for 2 and 1/2 days and did exactly what we required - extracting cavity wall insulation, that had caused damp patches and replacing all new air vents and put more in where needed. They cleaned up as they went along and took all the rubbish/debris away. They had all the right equipment incl. camera to look inside walls - very impressed!

Work delayed by 1 day but was kept informed. All work was carried out as expected. Workmen were polite, keeping me informed of how they were progressing, with recommendations on other plastering work that wasn't part of the planned work. Work took longer than expected but they came back the next day to complete. Much less noise and dust than anticipated. I may need another wall doing, although LDP advised this will probably not be required. I'd definitely ask them to do it if it is required and would definitely recommend them to other people.

Job was done by perfect gentlemen. They showed me how system works. I must agree with them cavity wall insulation does not work. Very pleased with all aspects of work carried out. Highly recommend this company.

Lee and the team at Lancashire Damp Proofing were amazing throughout from start to finish and made my whole experience a pleasant one. I had a damp course and plastering and the work was perfect A* Lee was speedy with my initial appointment and explained everything, after many tradesman's reports I had mixed feedback. Lee was honest and straight to course of the problem, This was refreshing and gave me confidence in the work to be carried out. The report was emailed same day and price was reasonable. The team (the boys ) were truly amazing they just couldn't do enough to help. They always arrived on time, explained what they were doing for the day to keep me updated, they kept everywhere clean and tidy . What a fantastic team I cannot fault in any way, The work it self was perfect, the plastering was amazing . Brilliant service!

Prompt submission of quotation - executed the work on time - courteous and polite - flexible when it came to obtaining the keys for entry to the property, which resulted in some unforeseen delays but we were not charged extra for that. Guarantee documents arrived promptly. It was not easy to arrange unimpeded access for dampness survey when we are 200 miles away, so more flexibility would be welcome.
