George and the team did a fantastic job re-pointing and replacing the flashing on my chimney. Everything was done to a very high standard, and they stayed late on a Sunday to get the job finished. They cleaned up after themselves (they probably left it cleaner than when they started) and were lovely and friendly all round. George even got some for me when buying food for everyone, which was extremely generous. It took a while to get the job done, but that was mostly just down to the weather and time of year. It was more than worth the wait anyway. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any roofing work.

We found George and his team extremely helpful. He explained everything that needed to be done and arranged all the materials. The job involved removing tiles, new damp course, replaced any rotten trusses. It was a large job, and we were very pleased with work done. Lancashire Roofing and Building completed work to two chimney stacks on my property, removing old lead flashings and replacing them with new flashing. Also did some patch pointing and redid the leadwork to the garage roof. Communication with George was easy and he came out immediately to provide a quote. The team were always punctual and showed respect for my property at all times. Probably the most polite team of workers I have ever had on my premises!! Work was completed within the time specified and to my satisfaction.
