Yesterday Lazylawn Scotland completed the installation of artificial grass both on our large decking area and two smaller grassed areas in our back garden. From initial contact with Nicole in the office right through to the finished product the process was so easy and helpful. Robert the surveyor was helpful and gave us great advice and explained the process in full. The Lazylawn 1 team who completed the installation were excellent. The banter between them and myself was great. They are a very efficient and hard working team who kept me informed at all stages. Perfect execution of services from Lazylawn. We had 2x garden visits from a member of staff (Bobby) from lazy lawn prior to our lawn installation date who checked and measured everything beforehand. Everything went seamlessly. From 1st initial phone call enquiry right through to the end installation. The 2 x men that installed our lawn ( Derek & Luis) were a pleasure to communicate with, did a fantastic job & made sure to protect all surrounding areas as they brought in & out supplies. They were hard working & as a result had the job finished much quicker than we anticipated. Our garden has been transformed & we couldn’t be happier. Great experience all round with Lazylawn, we thoroughly recommend them.

Delighted with my experience with LazyLawn Scotland. From my initial email enquiry, through to completion, everyone was helpful and professional, responsive and friendly. I was surprised and disappointed at how many initial enquiries to other companies went completely unanswered, but Nicole at LazyLawn Scotland was so quick to respond to emails and so helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend LazyLawn. I moved into a new built and wanted the garden done quickly for our dog. LazyLawn came out the day we got the keys, quoted quickly, were pragmatic with costs and had it fully fitted the following week which was amazing. The guys who came out were really friendly (and loved my cappuccinos). On the first day there was a bad storm and they still tried to get some of the work done. They came out early the next day to get ahead of themselves and completed on time the next day and the garden looks amazing. You don’t appreciate how big the job is until you get it done which helps justify costs as it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I moved into a new build with a large garden with top soil. Having a dog was a nightmare with the mud so I wanted a practical garden with low maintenance, completed asap. Service was excellent right from the start when Bobby came to offer advice and provided a quote. Work commenced quickly. I was very impressed with the team that came to do the work. They were tidy, hardworking, engaging and professional. Better still, the results. I had 2/3 of garden with Lazy Lawn and then two areas with Cotswold Gravel. During the works I decided to have a base laid for a summerhouse. I spoke with Derek on site and Nicole in the office and the plan was adjusted and sorted within the day. I have never had work done like this before but I am so impressed with the end result. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

The work carried out was fantastic and the grass looks great. Only downside is I feel I was overcharged with the quote as I had previously had artificial grass laid, therefore the groundwork scope was very minimal even though 2 full days where allocated. I was charged for materials and only given a very minimal money back on the initial price. This was a negative to the process and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

From my first contacting the company after seeing they were a Which trusted trader, everyone I talked to couldn't have been more helpful. From the information sent to me along with samples of different LazyLawn, followed by a visit to talk over what I wanted and what would happen, right up to to the job completion I couldn't have had a better service. I got a cancellation slot, so didn't have to wait long and the two gentlemen completed my lawn in about four and a half hours. It was finished to a perfect standard and all the old grass taken away and the place tidied up. I was also told I could phone them anytime if I had problems and was sent a copy of how to maintain my lawn. I thoroughly recommend this company.

We've just had our old artificial lawn replaced after building a conservatory which highlighted what a sorry mess the lawn really was really in. After doing some research and getting a few quotes, we chose LazyLawn due to good reviews and price. From the initial email requesting a quote - where Nicole in the office sent out samples and arranged for Bobby their surveyor to do a site visit, to the finished project, the process was simple and efficient. The job was booked for July 20th/21st 2022 and completed on time. . Derek and Luis, were the two guys who installed our lawn, they arrived exactly when they were due and worked through the day removing the old lawn and preparing the ground for the new. Day 2 they laid the lawn and tidied up so that the look is pristine and a joy to see. These two guys are an absolute joy to have around, they are friendly, funny, very hard working and take great pride in their work, which has resulted in a garden that we love and are very pleased with. We will also taken up their maintenance programme to ensure that we keep the look we have now for many years to come. We are so glad we chose LazyLawn and have no hesitation in recommending them, there are many companies who provide this service, but we doubt you would find one who could beat LazyLawn on price, workmanship and customer service.

I have no hesitation in recommending LazyLawn they made a very professional job from the start to the end. From Nicole in the office to Derrick and Bobby nothing was too much trouble, especially Derrick who had to lift the old grass and barrow it some distance in 30 degree heat. A very clean, quick and tidy job. I am delighted with their work and the finished product - should have put down plastic grass years ago it’s wonderful.

I was looking to have some replacement artificial Turf fitted. I contacted three companies and decided to go with Lazylawn Scotland. having met their surveyor, Bobby, I was more impressed with his knowledge than the other companies, although they were the middle quote. Their quote came to me next day, I ordered the day after and we agreed a date. They communicated what they were going to do and arrived on the day they said they would. They took up the old artificial turf that was there (nine years old) and because it had been laid on a slope in the past, they raised it level with hardcore etc. Really impressed with the two installers, Derek and Lewis, who really knew what they were doing and worked non stop. They cleaned everything up after them and finished the job well on time.

I have today had a artificial lawn laid by this company and was firstly impressed by the friendly well mannered lads who came to do the job. The work was done to schedule and as per quote with a fantastic job done I am pleased I used this company to do the work and would recommend to anyone looking for artificial lawn to be done without hesitation.

LazyLawn replaced our unmanageable, weedy mess of a garden with a lovely flat, maintenance free green lawn. We had a difficult pointed area in the garden that was unusable and they even managed to cover that too. The team were very efficient, courteous and helpful. They arrived when they said they would and even cleaned up after they were finished. All the work was completed in 2 days and the cost was very competitive. We chose them because they were recommended by a neighbour who had work done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them ourselves .

We didn't have the largest of projects to complete our garden, but this wasn't an issue for LazyLawn. The guys arrived on time (early in fact 👌) and were done and dusted within a few hours. We had our back garden fitted with artificial grass through LazyLawn. They were fantastic throughout the whole process from requesting a quote, getting measured and advice on the most suitable grass for our needs to the guys fitting the grass. They worked hard and took no time at all to remove the existing grass, level and prepare the ground, lay the grass and finish off with sand and all the edging. They tidied up after themselves and left no mess at all. We are so happy with the end result. It looks fantastic and is so much more practical for the kids, dog and us! No more muddy feet!! Their prices are also very competitive compared to some of the other quotes we received from companies not specialising in artificial grass. We cannot recommend them enough.

LazyLawn were contracted to remove the existing turf from my garden and to lay artificial grass over the same area of my back garden. I am very satisfied indeed with the result, which has been praised by friends, family and neighbours. The entire experience was pleasant, from the initial assessment of the work through to the actual physical work on the garden. The employees of this company are clearly experienced and skilful, and the result is good value for money.

Our lawn area was relatively small but complicated by access, large tree roots and irregular shape. As a Which ? member, I saw they were a Which Trusted Trader. From initial contact, receiving samples, site visit, to completion of final installation kept fully informed by Nicole and Ashley. At July site visit we were advised the waiting list for the installation was 4 months excluding additional delays for COVID and adverse weather conditions. Bobby and team arrived early November and provided practical solutions to our on site issues and concerns. The team were organised, worked methodically and provided regular progress updates. We’ve recently had artificial lawn fitted by LazyLawn and the quality of the products is fantastic. The area is about 20 square metres and it has transformed the way our garden looks. It’s certainly exceeded my expectations. The fitting was tricky and everything had to be brought through my house and the guys from LazyLawn were fantastic. First-class job from a friendly first-class team. Laid new paving and fixed existing paving, installed rotary drier, laid garden chips and artificial lawn. They kept me informed throughout and provided me a maintenance talk on completion. They cleared all their mess when the job was finished, which in my experience, is rare these days. I would be happy to recommend them to others.

We had decided at the end of lockdown to actually renovate our back garden and set about getting samples of artificial grass from a few companies. After trying them out and getting quotes from others, we opted for Lazylawn and the wonderyarn 26mm. After a few friendly emails with Nicole answering our questions, we set a date to get sized up and get an estimated cost from Bobby, who came exactly when he said he would. The quote came in a few hundred cheaper than what others were wanting to charge. With a date set, it did get delayed but at no fault to Lazylawn, it was down to the fine Scottish weather. A few days later though the job was carried out by Bobby and his team. They were professional and friendly and respectful of our property at all times. They even went as far as to sweep up the little amount of mess they had made. Would definitely recommend Lazylawn to others as they made the transition to artificial grass stress-free.

We approached Lazylawn at the start of the year as we wanted to change our grass from real to artificial. They were fantastic from start to finish. They sent samples for us to look at before our initial consultation. They came and took measurements and emailed us the options that we had, no pressure was placed on us to make a decision or order. Once we had made our decision I called the office and spoke with Nicole and she then ran through the next process. We got a date booked for our garden to be transformed and it had definitely been a great transformation. The team on the day were very knowledgeable and did a fab job, they cleaned up after themselves and the job was completed within the 2 days as promised. Overall we had a great experience with the whole team and would / will definitely recommend them and use them again.

Really pleased with the job and finish. Communication with the Office and at quote stage was first class. The job was carried out as per the quote and at the time agreed even although the company were very busy. The two workmen worked non-stop throughout the day and left the area spotless. Would definitely recommend them.

Seeing a friend's lawn (which was done 2 years ago by lazy lawn) I decided to bite the bullet and have a large area installed in my own garden. It is honestly the best thing we had done. Our two kids are constantly out playing on it, most of the time in their bare feet too! The installation team (Derek and Blair) were brilliant. Neat, tidy and attention to detail was great. They had the whole thing done in a day and a half, from removing old turf, prepping the surface and laying the artificial grass. We have had many compliments from visitors including our window cleaner. He told us he's seen many artificial lawns but he said ours was one of the best laid and most natural looking he had come across so that is testament to the installation team and the product itself. Great workers who appreciated the juice and coffees on what was a very hot couple of days! Our grass is now 2 months old but still looks as good as new. You may get a local landscaper quote you slightly less but these guys do this day in day out and know exactly what they are doing so, in our opinion, it's worth weighing up before making a final decision. Also, a wee mention to Nicole too who takes care of the customer service and admin side. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always polite and courteous in any dealings thst we had. From start to finish the whole time dealing with this company has been a pleasure. The office staff were very accommodating with all my queries and changes to installation date. The workmen were very competent in the work they were carrying out and kept the garden tidy at all times and left no mess behind. Both guys were friendly and polite a credit to the company.

LazyLawn provided a service of supplying two lawns with new artificial grass. The finish is to a very exceptional standard and I am delighted with this. The staff were professional in their approach and were able to design the lawns to my specification. The area was left debris free. I would recommend the company and staff to anyone considering a change. It makes the whole area seem much fresher and a delight to enjoy at the end of a long day at work. As I sit in an area of my garden I was unable to make much use of before I am delighted we decided to get it transformed by Lazylawn. This is the second project they have undertaken for us and I am as satisfied with the quality, workmanship and end result as I was the first time. It took slightly longer and was a bit more expensive than initially estimated however I have nothing but praise for the two hard working, helpful and pleasant installers.

Chose Lazylawn because their website was very impressive and the reviews were excellent. Their Customer Service was also excellent. From within a few days of my contacting the company, I had Samples, a Home visit and a Quotation. Nicole arranged all this and Bobby came to look at the garden. We wanted an old lawn lifted and replaced by a new artificial lawn. We were told, at the time, that it would be another ten weeks before the work could be carried out. A good sign that this was a busy company. Derek and Ben arrived right on time. They lifted the old lawn and replaced it with a new artificial lawn. The result exceeded my expectations. I was so pleased with it, I took a couple of photos of it and emailed them back to the office. Derek and Ben were very pleasant, hard working and obviously took a great deal of pride in their work. By the time they left my garden was immaculate. I would strongly recommend this company. I love my new lawn. I was also impressed again with their Customer Service. On receipt of my cheque, they sent me a 10 year Warranty and full instructions on how to care for my lawn.

These guys have done my back garden in 2 days. Absolute grafters, courteous, polite, social distant. I can honestly say they are the best workers i have had on my property, my lawn was not the levelest of lawns, but by the time they had finished it was as smooth as a snooker table From getting the quote, to job completion the company and workers have been great. And it was a very competitive quote. Highly recommended, 2nd time I've used them.

Estimate done without any issues I was also provided with excellent information About the various options open to me by the estimator Nicole was honest with me from the outset and did make me aware of the waiting list and waiting time which I appreciated. This is the second time I have used Lazy Lawn for my artificial grass. They really are the best at what they do. From start to finish from Nicole in the office where absolutely nothing was too much trouble (thanks Nicole) to our fitters Derek and Blair who obviously have a lot of experience in what they do as it was laid with perfection. They turned up when they said they would and cleaned up after. I had just had new tiles laid the day before and they covered them to protect them. Exceptional service. The quality is superb, I went for 26mm WonderYarn as that is what I previously had. Thank you to everyone I dealt with from start to completion we are over the moon with the finished result. LazyLawn have been by far the best company for our new artificial grass. Other companies simply didn't reply or send the samples, whereas LazyLawn samples came promptly, including some others to consider. The quotation visit was quick and thorough and after choosing ExtraordinAir, we had our grass installed quickly and efficiently within 6 weeks. A first class team from LazyLawn installed my artificial turf to my front garden. From my first phone call to them I knew this was a good company. The lads worked hard all day and carried out the full process for laying artificial turf. It looks absolutely beautiful and it’s so inspiring to have work carried out by professional workers. It looks easy enough to install this yourself, but, when you see the way these guys go about it you’re better leaving it to the professionals. After completion of the work LazyLawn has sent me a warranty and after care leaflet to help me look after my lawn, which I think is pretty useful for future reference. We had our back garden turf replaced with astroturf, cannot believe the difference it has made. From start to finish of this contract we could not be any happier, from correspondence to workmanship to aftercare the whole package is exceptional. Workmen arrived on site at the time stated, introduced themselves and started on job in hand, worked non stop, could not believe how quick work was completed, workmanship and cleanliness outstanding. I had Lazylawn replace my lawn last spring, as our lawn just wasn't working due to poor soil and drainage. It's worked out really well as we've been able to get out and use it all through winter, which we just couldn't do on our old boggy garden. We had the wonder yarn installed and it still looks great. Installation went fine, a bit longer than expected - but due to adverse weather rather than lack of effort! Overall really happy that we did the work, and can recommend the product and company.

After upgrading our drive we had area of grass that wanted converted to artificial grass. Recommended by friend to look at Lazy Lawn and very pleased I did. Communication has to be the best I have experienced from a company. Listened to what I wanted offering a selection of samples to suit budget - also explained about each sample and their overall look/maintenance etc. After survey of garden carried out and price agreed was given a timescale to expect work to be completed. Was completed sooner and very pleased with result. Guys completing work were friendly and efficient and tidied up after themselves too. Would highly recommend. Special mention to Nicole who answered my messages quickly when trying to arrange best date for installation as weather kept changing.

Really pleased with their service from how the quote was carried out to the installation and advice provided for after care. The grass looks fantastic and has been laid really well: even in an awkward area where they took into consideration the lay of the grass and tried to reduce wastage. Their quote came in considerably cheaper than another company but the quality of the work delivered is high end. All staff that I dealt with were highly professional: the people giving the quote, the office staff and the fitters. They were very honest about time frames as well. Due to high demand and time off during the pandemic the lead time was longer than normal but to close they sale they didn't try to reel me in with an impossible time frame: instead, I was advised what to expect at the time of making the appointment for the quote and I really appreciated this honesty. Added bonus in that they have made a donation to the NHS after receiving my payment as well.

Really happy we decided to go with LazyLawn Scotland to install our new back lawn. William and Tam are to be commended for the excellent job they done. It's nice to see people that take pride in their work. The boys were really polite and went the extra mile to ensure the job was finished to a high standard and exactly how we wanted it. After completion you wouldn't know they had been as the place was left spotless and left the garden looking amazing. Very efficient work, arrived when they said they would and did a very good job. They left everything tidy when they left and Ryan and Gary were very pleasant and amiable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

I contacted Lazylawn and two other companies to give me an estimate for work to be undertaken in our back garden. Lazylawn were not the cheapest but Alison not the dearest. I picked Lazylawn as I liked Gavin that came out to do the estimate for me. He gave off a good vibe, though he was very confident he was not over confident. We had to wait a long time for our work to be carried out, but this was nothing to do with the company, unfortunately it was through bad weather then COVID-19 lockdown. We changed somethings and added somethings, to the quote, this was done very quickly and the office member of staff that dealt with me Nicole was very understanding and arranged things for me. When work did start in June it was down by two very good guys and they kept me informed of everything what was happening. We had artificial grass and a path made of resin, I am so please with the work and the end finish. I love my garden. I would definitely recommend this company to do your garden.

Lazy Lawn were very professional. They sent someone out to measure up and give me samples of their various products. They then sent a detailed quote within 7 working days. The 2 guys who came to fit the grass were friendly and managed to do it all in the one day. The grass looks amazing and I would recommend it to anyone.

I am absolutely delighted with my new LazyLawn! I reached out to 4 or 5 different companies to get quotes for an artificial lawn. Some didn’t get back to me at all, others were vague quotes. None were as professional as Lazy Lawn, who were quick getting back to me and the only company offering to actually come out and measure up properly. Their price was competitive also. I was so pleased that they were able to come round and fit the new lawn quickly. The guys were very hard-working and so friendly. I can’t recommend them enough! 5 star rating from me 😀

Can’t fault Lazy Lawn, from obtaining a quote to job completion was very quick and hassle free, the guys were in and out in one day and the quality is excellent, we now have a mud free garden, so no more dirty paw prints through the house from the dogs and my kids can go out in bare feet

Lazylawn did a thoroughly professional job of laying our artificial grass. We’re delighted with the result and would recommend them to anyone. We have no access to the back garden from the front of our house, where the skip was, but we have a very kind neighbour who allowed the team to go through his garden. Lazylawn were very considerate towards our neighbour and he remarked that he couldn’t tell that they’d taken a skipload of turf through his garden. They also went the extra mile by helping me put some very heavy slabs in the skip which I couldn’t manage on my own. They did a great job with the installation and tidying up afterwards.

LazyLawn took out our existing grass and replaced it with Wonderyarn 26 mm. The work was done within the agreed timescale and at the originally agreed cost. We are very happy with the standard of work with everything done well by the team of Tam and Liam who were very knowledgeable and engaging. Recently used Lazylawn to install a new artificial putting green in my newly landscaped back garden, office staff were very attentive and communicated well and the men on site did a good neat and tidy job, all round very good.

I had never considered artificial grass until I read the recent article in the Which Magazine. I sent for samples from the various installers mentioned however the quality of the Lazy Lawn sample stood out above the rest. I found Nichole Brown at the Lazy Lawn Scottish Branch extremely helpful and when Gavin Brown turned up to advise on my planned project then there was no contest. He was extremely knowledgeable and made several helpful suggestions. The work was actually carried out while I had been rushed into hospital so I regretfully missed the installation, however it was a joy to see the finished article when I returned home some two weeks later. Lazy Lawn Scotland was not the cheapest quote I received but the quality of work was superb. Nichole kept me informed of progress all along even while I was languishing in hospital. The Lazy Lawn workmen were exemplary, turning up early on the appointed installation day and leaving a superb job which pleases me no end. Well done Lazy Lawn Scotland.

Gavin and his team at Lazy Lawn Scotland were fantastic from start to finish. Gavin helped me talk through what I wanted and laid out options with prices to plan out our garden transformation. Nicole kept me informed of installation details and was always prompt to respond to questions or queries. The team of workmen doing the work were polite, respectful and clearly had excellent knowledge and experience of the product. They left the place very clean and tidy at the end of each day and the work was done very quickly and to a high standard. The end result is fantastic.

What an amazing job Lazy Lawn Scotland done on our garden. They guys were I initially told ours was an easy job to level our small garden and place the astro. However when they arrived the job was a lot bigger than they expected and not once did they moan about it. The guys went above and beyond to make sure our garden was suitable for the kids to play in. I cannot honestly thank them enough I now have a garden that I love and just wish I done it sooner.

Just had our back garden done by Lazylawn and what a fantastic job they did. The company were excellent at keeping us updated on when the works would be done due to the constant wet weather recently and as soon as we had one dry day they were here very early and had all the work carried out in one day.The team of installers were excellent and very informative on how to keep our product looking it's best and they left our garden immaculate when works were finished.Would highly recommend Lazylawn.
