Already appreciating the benefits of our new dog friendly lawn, it's taken all the untidiness, muddy and unloved look away from our back garden. My wife has been really ill for a few years now, hence I brought her a little dog for company. Little did I know how much hard work dogs can be. As loving as the dog is she totally wrecked our lawn which the wife loved. I decided to put a smile back on my wife's face and make the garden look at least a little bit tidier. After a little bit of homework, I was advised to approach Lazy Lawns and seek their advice. Best thing I ever did wish I contacted them sooner.No more mud in the house, easy cleaning, looks absolutely amazing and the dog loves it too. Lazy lawns put the sparkle back in my wife's eye. Salesperson’s are full of “spiel” as we know. I asked all the right questions including not damaging my drive and putting protection down. I was assured that the grass had good drainage, I paid for an addition drainage coil to be sure, doesn’t work. I stalled installation as I was struggling to find slabs to extend the patio, the sales person indicated they could help, this was just before Christmas. I also mentioned that if the slabs didn’t match don’t lay them. Unbelievably having indicated the exact slabs were Grey and their origin they laid Buff. Really? The next shocker is they don’t accept a deposit, cool. However they want payment the next day after installation! Now, the job was rushed, a large skip was left with debris blowing everywhere once the workers had gone. I was not happy and made my feelings clear. I was informed if I pay the skip would be moved in a timely manner. I paid, the skip remained until after Christmas. My drive had rust markings and indentations from the skip. I have no negative comments to make of the Lazy Lawn product itself.
