LCD Heating and Gas recently supplied and fitted a new combi boiler, radiators and pipework at my home. All work was carried out to the highest standard, in a timely manner, and at a competitive cost. LCD is a family-run business which prides itself, justifiably, in ensuring its customers are delighted with the service offered. Communication from Jan in the office, and Lluis, the owner, was excellent throughout, as was the quality of workmanship of Lluis and his team. I have no hesitation in recommending this truly first-class company.

LCD Heating recently updated our central heating system. From the very start we found the company to be extremely professional and courteous. Jan who dealt with my initial enquiry and subsequent administration was first class. Lluis (Owner of the company) arrived on time on the day agreed and provided a fully costed quote which we received a couple of days after his visit. Once we had reached the decision to go with LCD Heating, contacted Jan and a date was agreed for the system installation. Lluis and Sean arrived first thing in the morning and explained everything and answered any questions we had. They thereafter “sheeted up” to protect the flooring and carpets. All their work was carried with meticulous care for our home, a 3 day time scale had been agreed for the system to be installed which included new boiler and radiators. Lluis and Sean left mid afternoon on the third day after a detailed commissioning process and full run through of the system including registration of the manufacturer guarantee. LCD Heating left our home clean tidy and more importantly warm. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Personality, Price, Professionalism, Quality all fantastic.

Recent Bolier replacement. Service was excellent from quote to installation - first rate. Cannot rate customer service highly enough, fully explained the job requirements and I appreciated the knowledge and expertise of the team. The work was completed to schedule and budget. Professional work from start to finish, provided assurance throughout. Follow up call after installation to check all ok. Completed my boiler registration and sent to me the day after installation. Aftercare service was very reassuring. Professional service from this dedicated company.

LCD Heating & Gas Services came out to give me a quote and by tea time the same day, I received an email with said quote and by the next day, I was booked in for the following week for my new boiler to be installed. Both guys are very friendly, even with our dog. They were very efficient, clean and tidy. As I was still at work when they had completed the job they took the time to write out instructions on how things worked. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

LCD were recommended to my by several neighbours and I'm very pleased I chose them to replace my combi boiler and install a Hive smart thermostat. From the initial survey to the completion of the work they were polite and friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. They treated my property with respect and left my house clean and tidy after they'd finished. All at a very competitive price. I can highly recommend them.

LCD installed a new system boiler for us. They arrived on time, completed the work as agreed and were professional, tidy and friendly throughout. We are very satisfied with the service we received and will definitely use them again.

LCD arrived dead on time on the agreed date. In the space of 8 hours they had replaced an old gas boiler with a new condenser combi model. They worked in an extremely organized way and were very careful with dust sheets etc. to cause no mess at all. Their price was competitive and any extra work that might have been needed was explained and priced prior to accepting their estimate. Once finished they explained in detail how the boiler operated. They came back the next day to rectify a previous problem with a blocked toilet heater rail at very reasonable cost. Communication from beginning to end was excellent and it was a pleasure to see people who really know their job carry out the installation.

Lluis & Sean carried out our boiler replacement over a day and a half. They showed great respect to our property using protective covers on any area where they required access. They carried out the repair in a very professional manner, keeping us updated as the repair progressed. Once the repair was completed Lluis explained how the system operated and how to program the Hive control unit. We would have no hesitation in recommending LCD to anyone requiring a boiler replacement or repair. First class work.

Courteous, pleasant, reliable, helpful, sold us appropriate boiler without over selling or pressure, educated us, VERY clean, COVID-safe, good follow up service and even a wee thank you pressie. What’s not to like? Will definitely use for annual servicing and if we ever need another boiler we will be back!
