We are a family run business with over 15 years experience. We cover all aspects of roofing such as fascia's, soffits and guttering. Chimneys, pitched tiled roofs as well as the ever increasing popular conservatory conversions.
We are specialists in flat roofing systems, using a variety of different membranes such as rubber, liquid rubber and single ply. These all come with a 10/20yr guarantee. We are customer facing, honest and provide a full quote with no hidden extras

We had a leak coming into our offices called LCM & Liam came out that day to inspect the roof. He could see straight away what the problem was & sent a quote out within a couple of days. Once we agreed on the quote Liam came out and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend LCM Flat Roofing they did a great job and in a reasonable time. Couldn't be happier with the service.

LCM did a really great job in attending to our needs for the roof to be upgraded Ridge Tiles / Valleys after 29 years in place to replace old mortar and secure from any weather damage. The Fascia and Soffit upgrade to UPVC was needed to replace the wood painting now as time and cost of painting has proved prohibitive. The new look with Sculptured finish makes the house look extremely smart . Liam and the team did a great job on time and to plan with no issues for us at all - so would recommend LCM to any potential customers for quality workmanship and costing.

We contacted LMD roofing on the Thursday regarding a leak in our roof which had been damaging the ceiling of our extension. The owner, Liam was around next morning and was able to fix the problem on the spot. He did this for us free of charge. Very grateful for his rapid response and kindness in quickly fixing this for us.

LCM provided a very clear fixed quote before starting work. The date for the roof repairs was agreed in advance and Liam and his team were promptly on site. The work proved a little more complex than expected, but no extra coasts were claimed. As always LCM did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending LCM.

The work was completed on the agreed date. The timber was delivered around 0815 hours and the team, led by Liam, were there to help the delivery driver offload it. They worked throughout the day, taking minimal breaks. The new flat roof is a huge improvement to the old one; and comes with a 20year guarantee. The team took away all waste and, other than a very smart new flat roof over the garage and porch, you wouldn’t have known they had been. The place was left immaculate. The team were courteous and a pleasure to have around. I would definitely use them again, should the need arise.

A damaged tile seemed simple enough to fix. Okay, our roof tiles are not quite standard, so a little complication. Liam sourced the tile, arrived on time and made the fix. When asked about the state of the roof, “did anything else need fixing”, I got a straight answer, “No it’s fine”. An honest tradesmen, doing only the work that’s necessary. Makes him a winner in my book.

LCM re-felted our roof with gold insulated membrane and installed a new dry ridge system and dry verge end caps. They reused the existing tiles and replaced any breakages as part of the original quote. They also organised the erection of scaffolding and an extension and reconfiguration of the scaffolding for the installation of solar panels by a 3rd party company. Liam and his team completed the work in excellent time and went the extra mile to assist with the scaffolding work and liaising with the scaffolding company to ensure it met the required standards for the solar panel company. The team were friendly, polite and tidy, removing all waste material at the end of each day. We are extremely happy with the results and workmanship and the flexibility in their work schedule to complete the work as quickly as possible. We have no hesitation in recommending LCM.

We were in a hurry to get a leaking garage roof replaced before a wedding- we were using the garage for storage .The roof had been a nightmare for a long time and had several repairs. Liam and his team replaced the roof and the ceiling boards. The work was very well done and the team very professional. I was very impressed with the professionalism and flexibility of Liam at LCM Flat Roofing as well as the workmanship. Liam was great at keeping in touch and replying to my communications. The quotation was clear and detailed. Liam was incredibly flexible which I really appreciated as our build project kept being delayed and the date for Liam to lay the rubber kept getting moved about but he always accommodated us. We have just had two old Velux windows replaced by LCM Flat Roofing. Having previously used the company to fix a leaking conservatory, renew our guttering and replace a flat roof, we knew the quality of their work would be superb and they came up trumps once again. Liam came and discussed with me aspects of design, materials, costs etc etc and gave an email quote which was kept to. It was completed in a timely manner. Liam and his team kindly removed and replaced the heavy furniture from the conservatory for me and also painted the top of the house wall inside the conservatory as I could not do this myself. The team were punctual, worked very hard, were careful not to damage blinds etc and communicated with me to check details. Teamwork was very good because they communicated with each other about best method and choices as work progressed, essential as the roof was to go on a basic conservatory. I would strongly recommend Liam and his team due to their helpfulness, communication and consideration to the customer. Work was to an excellent standard and the conservatory is now as warm as the house.

Having myself owned and run a roofing company and being aware of all that is entailed, my wife and I own the old Crown In which is in a very prominent position next to the church and we needed to have the old roof stripped and the tiles reused as far as possible to retain the old appearance. The job on the main road in the position described, required great care to be taken not to endanger pedestrians or traffic, as well as creating a first class roof to meet the current requirements. It was therefore Liam's company the we turned and the result is truly outstanding, with many favourable comments being received. I should as a former employer compliment Liam on his staff, who even in his absence worked in a way that is a credit all round. My wife and I were also able to complete a planned short break without any worries, The result when we returned was absolutely perfect.
