LCM Flat Roofing replaced my old and leaky garage roof. It was a brilliant service. First someone came out to look at the roof and this was followed up around a week later with a detailed quote by email giving different pricing options. The price was very reasonable and less than I had expected. This was the only company I contacted so can’t compare prices. I had seen other work they had done and knew they could be trusted to do a great job so went with this company and it did not disappoint. I had to wait just over a month to get the job scheduled in and Liam and the guys turned up exactly on time. They were polite and hard working and the job was done same day to a very high standard. I know Liam has a lot of experience and I would recommend this company to anyone. Great company and really pleasant people to deal with.

We had a leak in our flat roof. We were unsure whether to have a small repair or a complete roof replacement. After discussing our options with LCM, we decided to go ahead with a replacement. They came promptly on the date arranged and the team of four carried out the work within one day. When the old roof was removed, all four corners showed signs of water damage and rotting wood so we were reassured that replacing the roof had been the right decision. The team were polite, efficient, tidy - all the rubbish was cleared away and the new roof looks really good. The cost was as quoted.

We knew of LCM flat roofing as a local business in our area. Liam was great to communicate with and was happy to spend plenty of time discussing our requirements, which were a little complicated to us due to our building work regarding the new garden room, Liam assured us that the work could be done without issue. On the day in question Liam and his 3 staff members were really easy to deal with and worked hard to get the work completed in the day as agreed. The pitch of our roof has been altered and all of the fascia/trim/guttering renewed in a very tidy manner. The work has not only renewed an old roof with modern EPDM rubber roof but also improved the overall appearance of the house. As an aside, the surveyor from the company who are building our new garden room commented that the work had been carried out to high standard and fitted exactly with our requirements. Liam put a liquid rubber membrane on our flat roof and relaid a patio on top. The work was done on time and to budget. Liam and his team were great. Liam came to our home and surveyed the job to fit a whole new flat roof on the garage. He booked the asbestos removal company to remove the old roof and came the same day with his crew to fit the roof. They worked solidly all day and completed the job to a high standard. We are delighted with the result and best of all, no more leaks. LCM did this work really professionally and quickly over 3 very cold days in late November / early December 2023. Very thorough and cleaned up well each day and at the end. Also suggested good ideas on the detail to make sure that the final job looked good and was robust. Liam (the company owner) and 2 others worked flat out over the 3 days to install new OSB wood boarding and then insulation and then the final thick rubber covering over three adjacent flat roof spaces on single storey extension and garage. Worked to a fixed price agreed upfront. I am writing the review mid Jan 2023 and all has been well with the work so far through rain and cold weather. So glad we got the work done. LCM are a well-known roofing company based out of Bredon / Tewkesbury and have been very busy and so it took a long time to get them to come to do the work which was frustrating with the admin / chasing...but once committed and dates set it went extremely well and I would highly recommend the work they did.

Liam and the team did a great job replacing an old Super Six asbestos roof on the garage with a new rubber one. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond and fixed the loose coping stones for me. Everything went like clockwork. The team arrived just as the asbestos removal firm were finishing and got straight in with the job of inserting new timbers and laying the new roof. Everything was done to a very high standard and and all rubbish was removed and area tidied before they left. Liam made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Apart from thanking Liam for doing a great job I have to thank him for his excellent customer service & unbelievable understanding when I had to cancel the job twice at very short notice due to illness & bereavement. There were three minor repairs which I was keen to have dealt with quickly,as winter was approaching. I asked for recommendations on the local FB page and many people recommended LCM flat roofing. My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly in a pleasant manner,as we're subsequent phone calls. Liam and his team did a fantastic job replacing a corrugated asbestos garage roof with a rubber roof. They managed the whole job from start to finish including booking and liaising with the asbestos removal company, providing materials and carrying out the work to a high standard of finish. I can’t speak highly enough of Liam and his colleagues. A crack between the wall of my porch and house required attention. Liam came to look at it one day and within a couple of days one of his colleagues had come to repair that crack and another in my conservatory. LCM have repaired a number of minor niggling roof leaks at the school over the past year. I have been really impressed by their work for us and by their willingness to respond to any request made in a timely manner. The school is over 300 years old and over time repairs have been needed. The work that LCM carried out at my property was to fit new guttering and replace a cracked downspout. At the initial meeting, Liam was helpful and honest from the start that the job was a small one, but he was happy to fit my job in around other larger roofing contracts, which suited me. Although it took a little while before an opportunity arose for the job to be done, it was completed efficiently and professionally by the team. I felt comfortable leaving Liam and the team at the house to complete the work, as I had a prior appointment. The cost of the work was as agreed at the initial meeting and was very reasonable. I have a 19m x 9m outbuilding with a metal roof. Recently it’s started to leak in several places. I decided to hire Liam and his team to install insulation on my flat roof based on which? award they received. The flat roof was letting too much cold enter into the house in the winter, and I also wanted at the same time to prepare the installation of a balustrade by another provider. They took also great care when moving materials through the house (as we don't have a side access to the rear of the house). Liam and his team initially carried out a temporary emergency repair to ensure my house was watertight. On the agreed day they turned up on time and did a great permanent repair job. This is the third job Liam has done for me, replacing all my guttering this time. As a lady of a certain age living alone I appreciate someone who doesn’t talk down to me, or baffle me with technical terms, but explains things clearly and concisely and doesn’t automatically point me in the direction of the most expensive solution. But he doesn’t just talk the talk - he and his team do an excellent job for what seems to me to be a reasonable price, not that I have anything to compare it with as I wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Original fibre glass garage roof fell victim to storm Eunice and was a total write off. LCM came round to view the damage and tendered an acceptable quote for the work to replace the roof with EPDM rubber. Work was carried out a few days later and completed in a day. Care was taken to remove waste to skip provided. Guaranteed for twenty years and roof looks nice and now water tight again. Nice friendly tradesmen and great service.

This was our first experience with LCM. The end cap tile on our gable end was knocked off in the recent storm. We contacted Liam at LCM by text at six thirty one evening, had a reply later that same evening, a quote by first thing the following morning and the job was completed later that afternoon, so within twenty four hours of our original text message asking for help. The guys that did the job were friendly and professional, worked safely and did a good job. Price was fair and overall service was great.

This is the second time I have used LCM Flat roofing. The first was in 2019 when, during the installation of a kitchen, it became evident that the roof was in need of complete replacement. Despite the pouring rain in March that year, and struggling to keep the empty kitchen dry, the men worked on and, in a surprisingly short time, secured us a new high quality roof, such that the kitchen installation could continue. This time, it was the adjoining porch roof that was leaking, so a similar roof was installed to replace the plastic panel one. This time the work only took today. I wrote a glowing report for several exemplary jobs carried out by Liam in April 2020. However, his business has grown and he is struggling to keep up ... Liam provided a quote in Sept 2020 to replace my swimming pool roof, which I accepted, in Jan 2021 he asked if we were still interested ... I was but no start date. By July 2021, after a couple of discussion, I pushed for a start date and received 'The dairy is rammed full. I can book a date in November and try again if that would suit?'.

We needed a conversion of the conservatory roof. LCM Flat roofing company was our second quote after a local recommendation. Liam who runs the company was clearly professional and friendly. Liam provided the quote very quickly and it was very competitive so it was an easy choice. The conversion was completed as he described. The guys working with him make a very impressive team. The job was completed neatly and exactly as he had described in the quote. The plastering and first and second fixing were also completed perfectly. There was a problem with a door after completion and this was completed straight away.

Liam and his team fitted new, uPVC facias, soffits and gutters to my whole house. They removed and took away all the old material and did a few extra little jobs while the scaffolding was up and they could reach places I would never be able to. I was recommended to try LCM Flat Roofing by an asbestos removal contractor who I had contacted regarding removing some asbestos cement in our roofline. I'm really glad they put me in touch with Liam because he and his team were really helpful from beginning to end. The job started as replacing the cement but then we decided to use them for adding wooden fascia boards and replacing guttering all around the house and replacing the clear plastic roof covering our sideway. All of that (including the other contractor removing the asbestos- all dealt with by Liam on our behalf) was done in a day, including a bit of repointing requested on the day for an hourly rate. Liam's team are friendly, extremely hardworking, flexible, professional and happy to discuss/explain any aspect of their work. I had a swift response to every query before and after and although our job was 'bitty' / probably not the most exciting roofing job in the world they didn't dismiss it, listened and took the trouble to clarify everything in detail so that all went smoothly on the day. We are really happy with the quality and agreed on a price for the work completed and wouldn't hesitate to use/recommend LCM Flat Roofing.

We used LCM to do all the roofing work on a large extension to a 14th century pub. The work consisted of 2 pitched tilled roofs and one flat roof courtyard. Being a grade 2* listed building the tile work had to match up with the existing property. The flat roof courtyard area was complex as it had to be linked in with one 14th century building, one 18th century building and a brand new oak timber frame extensions. A roof lantern and fire curtain was also incorporated. On top of this all the rain water drainage had to be rerouted and made from new. All of this work was done from concept to completion by LCM. All work was carried out with a professional approach and I’m really pleased with the final product. Highly recommend.

LCM Roofing came to replace my flat roof as we’d bern having trouble with condensation leaking through the light fitting and damp patches on the ceiling. Liam explained the best options to sort the problem out and forwarded a quote explaining exactly what needed to be done. This is a review for removing my garage roof and replacing with boarding and an EPDM rubber roof. A big thank you to Liam and his men. He arrived on time with four men. Following a personal recommendation and due internal authorisation, Liam and his team replaced approx 60m2 of leaking ancient tin roof on a old theatre building in Cheltenham for me with a new rubber membrane and additional insulation. Had been very happy with using this company once before so was hopeful that they could help me with a leak that had developed around the base of a chimney. Fixed slipped roof tiles, magnificent job pointing a chimney which had been leaking smoke, painted bargeboards, and fixed a gutter problem. We contacted Liam to take a look at our 40 year old leaking corrugated asbestos garage roof. He was easy to contact, always got a response. Installed liquid rubber roof to polycarbonate roof. As an extra they sanded and undercoated the surrounding board which, as an elderly client, I am unable to reach and which I expected to pay extra for. There was no extra on the final bill which, when queried, they did because they were up there. They returned a few days later to fix an aerial wire which had become loose back onto the wall, again at no extra charge. Excellent: A friendly, professional service with a business ethic that went one step beyond expectations. Would certainly recommend them.
