Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds Ltd is a small independent family run buisness, designing and installing all aspects of internal window shutters as well as bespoke window blinds. We are based in Chelmsford and cover all the surrounding areas in Essex.
Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds Ltd offers a friendly and professional approach to selling bespoke shutters & blinds and as a shutter company in Essex, we can provide custom-made solutions to suit almost any window type at a price to suit all budgets. Before each job we will go through everything with you, this way we can give for an accurate and honest quote with no hidden extras.
We only use our own fully trained installers who have a wealth of shutter experience and a excellent knowledge of carpentry. Our fitters will always arrive in a Lifestyle van and we never use subcontracted fitters, thereby ensuring a smooth process from survey to installation.

Well, this company was recommended by a carpenter we used and we could not be happier that we listened to that advice. The fitter was great when he measured up and was honest, stating that it would take about 12 weeks for the shutters to be made and shipped to the UK. They arrived after about 10 weeks - a call from the office, and the installation date was agreed. The quality of the shutters is exceptional and at a reasonable price. They are well made and were easy to install - great clean workers, polite and knowledgeable - gave us good practical advice for opening/closing/cleaning, etc. A really nice touch was the lovely little gift box left after installation - nice touch. I also made a mistake with paint, and my overpayment was refunded within 24 hours. I am happy and now considering having the rest of the house done too. Thank you

I would not hesitate to recommend Lifestyle Shutters & Blinds. The company is very professional from start to finish. We had shutters fitted on every window in our home. Adam was very polite and measured all our windows and answered all the questions we asked. When they were ready to be fitted, Melvin was very polite and professional and left everywhere clean and tidy afterwards. They look so nice and we are very pleased with them.

This is the second time we have used lifestyle shutters. Previously we had the upstairs windows done. We were very pleased with the result so ordered additional shutters for the downstairs windows and patio doors. They were extremely professional, when they came to measure up they explained all the options and helped us select the best options to suit our windows. Once we were happy we paid the deposit and ordered the shutters, there was good and accurate communication on when the shutters were available. The installation was booked for a couple of days after the shutters were delivered. The installer was prompt, very neat and tidy and did a great job on the installations. The company also gave us a follow up call to check everything was ok after we had used the shutters for a day or two. Very pleased with the results and overall service from this company. I highly recommend.

Surveyor very clear and helpful on type of blind best suited our needs. Installation engineer (Colin) arrived at agreed time and day. Very tidy and conscientious, excellent finish on final job. Overall very satisfied with the complete experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends.
