Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds Ltd is a small independent family run buisness, designing and installing all aspects of internal window shutters as well as bespoke window blinds. We are based in Chelmsford and cover all the surrounding areas in Essex.
Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds Ltd offers a friendly and professional approach to selling bespoke shutters & blinds and as a shutter company in Essex, we can provide custom-made solutions to suit almost any window type at a price to suit all budgets. Before each job we will go through everything with you, this way we can give for an accurate and honest quote with no hidden extras.
We only use our own fully trained installers who have a wealth of shutter experience and a excellent knowledge of carpentry. Our fitters will always arrive in a Lifestyle van and we never use subcontracted fitters, thereby ensuring a smooth process from survey to installation.

This is the second time we had had work carried out by Lifestyle Shutters and Blinds and once again we are very pleased with the results. Our fitter was very pleasant and friendly did a great job and was very clean and tidy. Before leaving he checked his work thoroughly and asked us to check that everything was to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend as both work completed and shutters are of the highest quality.

Excellent from start to finish. Adam visited us and went through our options and different designs of the shutters. He then came again to measure up and gave us an estimated time of delivery. Mel was the fitter today and he has done an amazing job. Laid out sheets and cardboard to protect our floors as it was pouring with rain. Completely tidied up and hoovered after he had finished. I fully recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish - from initial appointment and measuring to final installation. Great communication throughout and Melv the fitter was exceptional, taking care in fitting the shutters perfectly & keeping everything clean & tidy as he worked. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Adam turned up to mesure up and I could tell they was a the company I wanted right from the start. He was very courteous and professional. I ordered my shutters on 31 January 2025 and I had an install date early May, I knew the timelines would be lengthy but the instalation was quicker than I expected. Melvin arrived the day of installation and again very happy with his work, he was tidy and very quick with the instalation, and all round a very nice person. The shutters look amazing, we had the 2 downstairs bay windows done and in June i had lifestyle back to to mesure the upstairs, orderedwhile Adam was here. Adam, Melvin and Sharon were great from start to finish. The shutters look fantastic and very happy with the final product.
