I was unsure if the whole process of ordering & having a shutter fitted but it was clearly explained to me & I was given advice as to the type of shutter to go for according to my specific window. The shutter was available to be fitted before I expected which was a lovely surprise. The fitting was great. Wish all tradesmen were so tidy!!! I am over the moon with my shutter & would highly recommend this company. Fantastic to use local too!

Recently used this Company to order shutter blinds for a front window. We arranged an appointment for someone to visit to go through our options, very informative and knowledgable advice given, samples of shutters were supplied for us to view the colour and quality of the product. We proceeded with order and was told an approximate date for delivery. Had a call two weeks before the expected date and appointment was made for fitting the shutters. The guy that fitted the shutters was very polite, friendly and organised. He was very tidy in the way he worked and left the lounge tidy. Cannot fault anything. Shutters are really well made and look great, also come with a seven year guarantee. This is a small family business who give an excellent service, their attention to detail, and service is first class.

From the initial survey and taking measurements to the finish I couldn’t have been more impressed with this company, the Shutters they fitted were of an excellent quality, the fitter went above and beyond, he was extremely thorough, in what he did, he showed respect for my home making sure all flooring was protected and cleaned up after himself, I would 100% recommend this company.

The Lifestyle fitter put in 4 shutters for me over two very hot days on the front and side of the house. He was very careful and considerate about our needs and his workmanship was first class. Had this company come to measure up and price up shutters. When I rang a week later to confirm order, Adam came back to my home to assure me of all questions I forgot to ask when he first visited. Work was done on the date given and even though new window lock was fitted the price was the same as quoted. The two fitters arrived on time and instantly covered my stairs and the appropriate rooms with sheeting. The work was completed with care and consideration to my home. The clean up was impressive, literally not a speck of dirt/dust was left behind. Two very polite and considerate fitters. As for the blinds? I had my doubts if they would look right in my small bedrooms despite all my questions being answered when the estimate was given. But my doubts were dismissed. With the curtains and rails down and the shutters within the window aperture, the rooms look larger. Plus at night, when closed, they add a cosiness that the curtains didn’t. I am delighted with my shutters and the service from Lifestyle. PLUS I received a box of lovely gifts. hand made soap, chocolates, a tiny Easter Chick etc. This is a company that goes “above and beyond”. It’s not often that I have said that. A very happy customer.

Work was undertaken by Colin. Arrived on time and explained how the work was to be undertaken and an approximate completion date and time. All working areas including the staircase were sheeted and all removed at the end of the day. All areas were also left clean as Colin insisted in vacuuming as well as sweeping. Overall I was very impressed with this company from our initial enquiry to completion. Colin did a fantastic job and nothing was to much trouble. Would certainly recommend this company.

We had used the company before to install shutters in a small room. Everything went fine and when we decided to have the rest of the bungalow done there was only one company we were going to use. Once again everything was spot on and the installation carried out with great expertise and professionalism. The advice as to which shutters to order was ‘spot on’ from Adam. The Shutters were for two large bay windows. The delivery date was extended due to shipping problems but it was worth waiting for. The fitters were efficient and worked quickly and carefully leaving no mess. The results are amazing and give the front of the house a completely new look, whilst easily adjusted to keep strong sun from damaging furniture. I strongly recommend the company for their efficiency and price.

A few people on our street had used Lifestyle Shutters and they came highly recommended. We had Adam round to measure up and give us a quote. We chatted about various colours and options for the shutters and it felt nothing was too much effort and we received good advice. Perfect! I have been wanting shutters for 18 years and finally had the money to purchase. After a few quotes I decided to go with Lifestyle as my friend had used them and her shutters looked amazing. Adam arrived promptly to measure and provide samples and generally to understand what I wanted. He was able to advise me on the best shutters for what I needed. Waiting time quoted was about 8-12 weeks which is normal. I was contacted by the 8th week to be booked in for fitting. I was not disappointed - John and Paul arrived on time, laid dust sheets and got to work immediately. They took my old blinds down and took them with them to dispose (not many companies would do that). 6 window shutters were fitted within the day, not stopping till it was done. They cleaned up as they went along and by the end of the day it was like they were never there - except the gorgeous shutters. These shutters have transformed my home and are just perfect. Strongly recommend - a great experience from start to finish.

I can only echo what other reviewers have said. Everything ran like clockwork, and it has been excellent from start to finish. In the first place Sharon could not have been more helpful when organising dates etc. Likewise, Adam did a thorough job in measuring up and ensuring I was given exactly what I wanted and finally, Greg arrived exactly on time and was extremely thorough and meticulous in ensuring that the shutters were fitted to perfection. It is worth mentioning that Greg was very friendly and pleasant, as was the rest of the team. Finally - the end result! I am more than delighted with my shutters; they have really improved my home. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. It is also worth mentioning that their price was very reasonable. I have had friends who paid a lot more to have the same job done!

He was very thorough, knowledgeable and there was no hard sell. The quote was a lot lower than we’d paid previously and it was for a better product. Adam was recommended to me and came over to measure up and give me an estimate to have shutters fitted to three windows at the front of my house. Although I knew he had other people to see, I never felt rushed. He was polite and friendly and he answered all the questions I had. On the day of fitting, the fitters turned up when they said they would and completed the job sooner than I was expecting. They put covers down and cleared up when they had finished. A few days after the work had been completed, Adam called to check everything was ok and that there were no problems, which there weren't. I received a receipt in the post which was also the guarantee for five years. I love my shutters and would definitely recommend this company.

No job in our house is ever straight forward, being a Victorian house with its own range of quirks. Adam was very thorough with his measuring up and discussed every decision with us. It took 2 days to fit 2 large bays and although they were tricky they look fantastic.
