Lifestyle Windows and Conservatories

Written on behalf of my mum who has just had all of her windows replaced and a new rear door, on my recommendation. Lifestyle had done a great couple of jobs for me last year and so my mum felt confident taking the plunge with her own which were well overdue an upgrade. Dan did a thorough survey for her, and the quote was very competitive. All communications from start to finish have been excellent. The necessary scaffolding was put up in good time, by a nice team and with limited disruption. The team who fitted her windows and door were very hard working, efficient and tidy - doing a great job. She is very pleased with the end result, and the couple of snagging jobs which needed doing (through no fault of Lifestyle) were completed promptly and with the minimum of fuss. Both of us would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We were looking for a new front door before Christmas & came across Lifestyle Windows. After collecting a few quotes, Lifestyle were very competitive, was a local company & had a friendly none pushy approach, so we placed our order. The door was delivered and installed as scheduled & the engineers installing were very polite, efficient & cleaned up afterwards. The door itself is of excellent quality & has made a huge improvement. Afterwards we had a couple of follow up points which were addressed on the same day we raised them, & everything is as we wished. We have no problem at all recommending Lifestyle Windows. Thank you.

Lifedstyle is a well organised, professional company. All those we had contact with from the sales rep, Liz, the surveyor, Julie in the office and Chris the director were helpful and communicative. The job was done by Richard whose attention to detail resulted in a great job. He was a tidy worker and left everything as it was when he arrived.

From start to finish lifestyle were brilliant. We had the whole house done (8 windows, patio doors, 2 external doors and 1 internal door) Liz came out initially to measure up for a quote. She was very professional and such a lovely person. We made an appointment to go to the showroom so we could look at different styles of windows and doors. Then we got the quote via email and was so happy with the price we went ahead. The site survey was completed and he was so thorough and really nice. Then we got our date for installation. The workmen were on time every day, it took around 4 days to complete. They were brilliant down to earth and very professional. They took alot of pride in their work and showed respect in our home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We have another small project to be done and we are having lifestyle again. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Having done an excellent job fitting a new door for me earlier in the year I have now had new windows and French doors fitted. Using Lifestyle again was a no-brainier as I had every confidence in them. I love that there is no hard sell from them - just great advice, customer service and quality products. The process from start to finish has been seamless. The installation took two days and on each one I was able to leave the guys to it whilst I went to work. They were prompt, respectful and very clean and tidy. I am thrilled with the finished job. I would happily recommend them - in fact my mum is waiting to have windows and a door supplied by Lifestyle. We did a lot of research before finally choosing Lifestyle Windows & Conservatories. We were impressed with the customer service, knowledge of the products and competitive price. The installation team, father and son, did a fantastic job and demonstrated all the features. Then, after installation, we had a visit from Glynne, who wanted to check we were happy with everything. Excellent customer service and overall extremely happy with our windows and bi-folds.

Approached lifestyle windows for a quote upon recommendation from my son and from the beginning to end it was excellent service. The fitters we had Anthony, Dan and Bob did a brilliant job nothing was to much trouble for them. They answered all our questions and took the time to explain things. They worked from the time they arrived until they left hardly taking any breaks. These guys were so friendly and polite, and so easy to get on with. If we ever need anymore work doing these are the go to guys. Thanks guys for an amazing job we absolutely love the windows.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new extension! From the initial planning to the final finish, everything was handled with great professionalism and care. So happy!! This is the second times i’ve used lifestyle. From getting my quote and measuring up and picking our design. so straight forward too. i was kept up to eat on every step of the way. The staff are great answering any query really quickly. zThe fitters are so organised putting covers diwn so you get no mess. So happy and feel really safe with my new doors too. In my bungalow my front door was basically unscrew the screws and you in. I felt unsafe but not anymore! I would highly recommend this company. They don’t come nuisance knocking on your either giving stupid prices out. They really good on price i never bother getting any other quote as i trust Lifestyle giving me their best price. Once again, I am really pleased with the window installation from Lifestyle. I had some front windows & a door 4 years ago, so I asked for a quote for the side & rear windows when they needed to be changed. The price was still competitive & the whole process to installation was seamless. The fitters were excellent (my installation coincided with the worst 2 days of weather in a long time). Thankfully, though they covered the carpets well & did a thorough clean afterwards, they did a brilliant job. The scaffolders required for access over the rear extension were also friendly and excellent. The windows look great & the whole process was smooth, so I’m delighted with the service & finished product! 😀.

I am a previous customer. A few years ago, Lifestyle installed a sliding patio door. They provided a reasonable quote for the installation. What impressed me was they had great attention to detail, making sure that it was as we had wanted. Recently we decided to change the sliding patio door to a 2 door system. I asked Lifestyle to quote for the job and again the price was reasonable for the work involved. Again the attention to detail was to insure that the finished work would be exactly what we wanted. We were given a start date for the work to be carried out. unfortunately I had to ask for a change of start date. What was really good, is that with out fuss they managed to fit my job in, a day earlier. What was also great is the fitters arrived on time and got on with the task of fitting the new doors. No fuss, did a great job and it looks great. I would commend their company to anyone who is looking for a company to quote for similar work to be done.

Having contracted Lifestyle for a ultraframe livinroof for our conservatory in May 2025. We received the roof of our choice, complete with good service throughout. Initial meetings were very informative, with no pushy salesmen. Between order and build date kept fully informed by email. During the build, the team we received were punctual well informed about the product, polite and very tidy. We would totally recommend this company. This is our third time using Lifestyle over a 20 year period. Once again they did not disappoint. No pushy sales person, no unexpected costs. The whole process from enquiry to completed works was smooth and hassle free. Their pricing is reasonable. They listened to the customer and adapted the design to our needs. We always approach 3 or 4 suppliers for work such as this and, so far, end up choosing Lifestyle.

We have just had our new Smart visifold 1000 aluminium bifold doors installed by Lifestyle. We are very pleased both with the doors and the level of service from Lifestyle including after service. We had dealt with a few companies and had no real preference to deal with Lifestyle initially, but we visited their showroom to look at some products and things just felt right about Lifestyle. There was no sales pressure from Robert who showed us around, just good advice. When we asked for a quote Chris the owner was very prompt in getting a price to us, again with no sales pressure. Communication was always very easy with us getting an email or call back very quickly to any queries we had. Having agreed the product and price with Lifestyle, Dan the surveyor came out to measure up and check everything. He was very patient taking the time to explain something different ways until I was happy I understood it. We were given an installation date and the doors were duly fitted on that date by two great fitters Connor and his dad. On completion they had noticed a very slight mark on a beading which you could barely see. I hadn't noticed it but they pointed it out, took photos and assured me it would be replaced promptly and it was. This showed their attention to detail and demonstrated their prompt aftersales service. In summary dealing with Lifestyle was easy and efficient. Great product and competetive price as well. We recommend Lifestyle and would use them again.

After acquiring several quotes, Lifestyle Windows and Conservatories were my top choice and I wasn’t disappointed. I’d popped to their showroom initially which proved useful and Chris was great at discussing options/styles etc without any hard sell. The online ordering process was simple and the quote I received for the door I selected was very competitive. Communication throughout was excellent and I felt reassured by the in-depth information I was sent. The survey was very straightforward, and an opportunity to confirm my choice/discuss any additional details. We ordered a new patio door from Lifestyle, the initial contact was good with lots of information and a clear drawing of the doors. We would have wanted more information at the survey stage, we had enquired about lowering the threshold but this wasnt clear by how much it was going to be lowered by. Lifestyle didn't make it explicitly clear to us that the doors will be shorter to make space for upvc add on at the top for the trickle vents. So it was a surprise to us during the installation. It's a shame this wasn't discussed during the survey as there are other solutions like flush trickle vents The installation did felt a bit rushed, so they had to come back a couple of times to fix some issues. The trickle vents had also been missed which should have been spotted at the quality control stage before the installation. All sorted now but we feel the doors don't match the initial description.
