Lifestyle Home Solutions Ltd is a small family run business based in Ilkeston covering towns in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. We have built a strong reputation for providing value for money, quality products and a professional installation service. We have a small dedicated team that take pride in their work and approach. We have a strict no pressure approach to sales with the emphasis on detailed written quotations allowing our customers to come back to us in their own time. We are two time winners of the Consumer Protection Association's Customer Care Award. Our showroom is open Monday-Saturday with on-site parking. FENSA members since 2002.

Chris discussed with us everything we wanted, and sent a detailed quotation. The men came on the given date and the job took the given time. They knocked out a new window, altered the shape of another and replaced the French doors. The installation of the new windows was excellent, and they tidied up very well. The men were friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Highly recommended.

Fitter arrived to change or replace door handles/letterbox and door cylinder lock barrels, also put some door sash jammers to beef up security. He completed the job in about an hour, and was kind, polite and credit to Lifestyle Windows. It makes us feel a lot safer now that the job has been done.

We are just the tenants and when they first came to measure up this was made obvious. The main chap Chris did not want to speak to me at all. I got monosyllabic answers. The fitters were excellent, they were quick, tidy and friendly. The windows are lovely and make such a big difference. Brilliant.

I had been looking for rosewood double glazed windows and front door for the house to replace the existing wooden windows and door. I particularly wanted to replicate the original windows and door which required the matching of a classic front door with astrigal bar windows. We went to many local double glazing companies but only Lifestyle went out of their comfort zone to help us deliver on the vision. Recently a less reliable trader was working next door and somehow managed to break a side window with scaffolding for which I am still waiting for compensation. In our hour of need Lifestyle quickly ordered and fitted a replacement glass unit. From my experience with Lifestyle I find them to be honest, reliable and very tolerant of difficult customers like me.

Contacted Lifestyle to help resolve a problem with some poor work by another contractor proposed solution, dealt with building control, workmen prompt & tidy. A tiny glitch at the end of work was dealt with professionally with no argument. All paperwork through on time. Overall a great experience.

Excellent customers service from start to finish. Their sales rep took a full hour to explain their service and products to me which no other reps did. I felt that I was getting valued advice. I felt like a valued customer and that I could really trust this company. Their quote was neither the highest or the cheapest. On the day of installation the team were punctual, polite and professional. I was very pleased with the work and then left the house very clean and tidy.
