Lifestyle Home Solutions Ltd is a small family run business based in Ilkeston covering towns in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. We have built a strong reputation for providing value for money, quality products and a professional installation service. We have a small dedicated team that take pride in their work and approach. We have a strict no pressure approach to sales with the emphasis on detailed written quotations allowing our customers to come back to us in their own time. We are two time winners of the Consumer Protection Association's Customer Care Award. Our showroom is open Monday-Saturday with on-site parking. FENSA members since 2002.

We had our whole house double glazed including two new doors and French doors. From first setting foot in the showroom to completion, Chris and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Unlike other double glazing salesmen, Chris’s knowledge and passion for good looking windows and doors helps you make the best possible choices. We went in with the idea that we wanted just white standard windows, but the range of choice and his advice, soon changed our minds. The finished project (and it was a project, not just another sale) is in our minds stunning. We would recommend Lifestyle to anyone without hesitation.

This job was to replace two window panes, one half door pane and new French windows. On initially phoning Lifestyle Chris happened to be in my area and was able to visit, advise and take the necessary measurements very quickly. This was followed a few days later by a very professional quote which included specifications and guarantee details as well as the cost. Far superior to the one sheet quotes from others. On my acceptance I received further information regarding the date, time and name of the installer and lots more information about the replacement French windows and other replacements, insurance and payment options Another Chris, Mark and Kyle arrived at the agreed time and cheerfully fitted everything in a couple hours with no holdups leaving everything clean and tidy. I fully appreciated all the information given, left me with no questions to ask and also the professionalism of everyone. involved. I have no reservations about recommending Lifestyle to everyone.

We had a new door fitted and replaced some windows. All the work was carried out efficiently and on time. Few bits were missing but dealt with quickly. Positives: No pressure sale, quality of work, on time, customer service. Negatives: Quotes would have been consistent (design & price quotes) Finally, I would like to say thank you to Chris and his team. Looking forward for few more works.
