Having contracted Lifestyle for a ultraframe livinroof for our conservatory in May 2025. We received the roof of our choice, complete with good service throughout. Initial meetings were very informative, with no pushy salesmen. Between order and build date kept fully informed by email. During the build, the team we received were punctual well informed about the product, polite and very tidy. We would totally recommend this company. We are very happy with our end product, which looks fantastic. Having received it with good service throughout, at a very competitive price and good guarantees.

This is our third time using Lifestyle over a 20 year period. Once again they did not disappoint. No pushy sales person, no unexpected costs. The whole process from enquiry to completed works was smooth and hassle free. Their pricing is reasonable. They listened to the customer and adapted the design to our needs. We always approach 3 or 4 suppliers for work such as this and, so far, end up choosing Lifestyle.

We have just had our new Smart visifold 1000 aluminium bifold doors installed by Lifestyle. We are very pleased both with the doors and the level of service from Lifestyle including after service. We had dealt with a few companies and had no real preference to deal with Lifestyle initially, but we visited their showroom to look at some products and things just felt right about Lifestyle. There was no sales pressure from Robert who showed us around, just good advice. When we asked for a quote Chris the owner was very prompt in getting a price to us, again with no sales pressure. Communication was always very easy with us getting an email or call back very quickly to any queries we had. Having agreed the product and price with Lifestyle, Dan the surveyor came out to measure up and check everything. He was very patient taking the time to explain something different ways until I was happy I understood it. We were given an installation date and the doors were duly fitted on that date by two great fitters Connor and his dad. On completion they had noticed a very slight mark on a beading which you could barely see. I hadn't noticed it but they pointed it out, took photos and assured me it would be replaced promptly and it was. This showed their attention to detail and demonstrated their prompt aftersales service. In summary dealing with Lifestyle was easy and efficient. Great product and competetive price as well. We recommend Lifestyle and would use them again.

After acquiring several quotes, Lifestyle Windows and Conservatories were my top choice and I wasn’t disappointed. I’d popped to their showroom initially which proved useful and Chris was great at discussing options/styles etc without any hard sell. The online ordering process was simple and the quote I received for the door I selected was very competitive. Communication throughout was excellent and I felt reassured by the in-depth information I was sent. The survey was very straightforward, and an opportunity to confirm my choice/discuss any additional details. We ordered a new patio door from Lifestyle, the initial contact was good with lots of information and a clear drawing of the doors. We would have wanted more information at the survey stage, we had enquired about lowering the threshold but this wasnt clear by how much it was going to be lowered by. Lifestyle didn't make it explicitly clear to us that the doors will be shorter to make space for upvc add on at the top for the trickle vents. So it was a surprise to us during the installation. It's a shame this wasn't discussed during the survey as there are other solutions like flush trickle vents The installation did felt a bit rushed, so they had to come back a couple of times to fix some issues. The trickle vents had also been missed which should have been spotted at the quality control stage before the installation. All sorted now but we feel the doors don't match the initial description.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication from everyone in the team was quick and efficient. All members of the team have been very helpful. We were particularly impressed with Lifestyle's approach of selling; it was one of advice and then left us to make our decision and no hard sell- thank you! Installation team were great and prompt response to a minor issue with one of the windows was also appreciated.

We approached Lifestyle Windows following a recommendation. We visited the Ilkeston showroom a couple of times and found there to be a good selection of products on display, along with non-pushy service and advice. A site survey to take measurements at our property took place, followed by receipt of an extremely detailed, competitive quote based on our choices. Communication was good throughout and the fitters did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the end result and would recommend Lifestyle to others.

A great company we can't recommend enough! From talking us through the concept of a new solid roof conservatory, taking us through planning & design, & then dismantling & building our new one, we couldn't have asked for better service. They just took care of everything! Their product is quality & value for money, their service prompt, & their teams on site respected us and our property. Our overall experience has been stress free and we are delighted with the overall finish.

This is the second time that we have used Lifestyle, the first time was to change the conservatory to a new modern one with a solid roof, what a difference it made, kitchen opened up into the conservatory so it made a spacious extra room on the house, never used the sitting room since.. This time it was to change windows and front door, Liz came to measure and advise , at first we wanted to change for just new white UPVC, she showed us some photos of some work and was she right, we went for the Heritage flush windows in white, they have made such a difference, even though they are just white they have really changed the front of the house and made it look more modern, and a new grey composite door just finishes it off great. From the initial phone call to fitting everything went smooth, received a detailed quote within a few days, no pushy sales person, emails answered within an hour, fitters turned up on time and never stopped in the 2 days whilst they were fitting the door and windows. We chose this company for their aftercare and response to dealing with queries , nothing is too much trouble and always happy to oblige, they are a local company and would not go anywhere else, highly recommended. I would definitely recommend Lifestyle. Throughout the process everyone you dealt with were professional and supportive.......installers, plasterer electrician and office staff. I have been impressed by the quality of the product and the finished job looks great. The roof compliments my new anthracite composite front door. Also installed by Lifestyle. The door looks great as well and fitted perfectly. I'm happy I chose Lifestyle.

I needed an internal crittal style partition wall and two similar style doors and came across Lifestyle when visiting the Origin website. When I called someone answered the phone, they responded to emails promptly, I received a quote very quickly and they sent someone out to measure up in a timely manner. I was kept updated with delivery dates and fitting dates, both of which happened on the dates provided. The two gentleman who came to fit were polite, tidy, took their time and provided me with a finished job that both my husband and I are delighted with. My husband and I have very high standard and Lifestyle met these without effort. I could not recommend them enough.

Great work from start to finish, we had the whole house done with flush fit windows, new composite front door and rear French Doors. All installed to a high quality. Lifestyle have great attention to detail and the service is brilliant from first contact to the completion and aftercare.

I’m so pleased with my new windows and doors which make my house look fresh, modern and smart. From meeting Damian at the showroom, to liaising with Chris, the on site survey with Dan and all the way through to Ant and the fitting team, everyone has been professional and friendly. They have been great with also helping sort out a new window and door for my sister’s garage nearby. Although it was a wait to get the windows from when we first went to the showroom to the job being completed (due to high demand!), I am so pleased I stuck it out as the finished product is worth the wait. Even when I had a query afterwards, Chris was on it and responded quickly, with a visit booked the next day. Can’t fault the customer service.

Our decision to have a Conservatory/extension was not a difficult one to make, but finding the right but finding the right company to do the job we thought might be more tricky. However, choosing Lifestyle to complete the work was the best thing we could have done. We visited their showroom in Ilkeston in early Summer of 2024 and met Chris. There was no pushy salesmanship, just a sensible suggestion to go away and think what we actually wanted. Once we had firmed up our ideas Damien visited us to discuss what we were thinking and what would be possible. He then drew up some plans and costings, which we considered to be very reasonable. Work began in September 2024 with Sam & Aaron doing an excellent job of the groundworks and walls. Their work ethic was fantastic, as has been the case with all of the team. We are now enjoying our new space immensely and are looking forward to the summer months when we will be soaking up the peaceful atmosphere that has been created. Our conservatory has turned out to be as we’d hoped and more. We cannot thank all of the team at Lifestyle for their excellent craftsmanship, hard work and care & attention that they have consistently provided. We had a cold and unusable area in the back garden in which I wanted to place an extension. I chose Lifestyle because they are a Which recommended trader. They were easy to communicate with, were attentive to detail and quality during the build and although we were a tricky build (no rear access so everything had to go through the main house) it was always a pleasure to have the builders working. If I were to build anything else I would use them again.

After suffering a leaky and very old conservatory roof for many years, we decided enough was enough and got quotes for a new roof. Lifestyle were not the cheapest, but we instantly liked Chris and his whole ethos of the company. We were not disappointed. From the start of the process to the end, they were faultless. The communication was excellent, as was the service and product. John and Connor the fitters, were amazing. Such lovely gentlemen. They arrived when stated and worked so hard.
