They arrange appointments around busy schedules making sure that it works for you. Damien was great when giving the quotation by going through each option with you explaining the differences. Damien then sends the quotation via email so there is no pressure to make a decision there and then. Anthony and his son who installed the windows were very professional and have done amazing job. We absolutely love our new Orangery. We were recommended Lifestyle through friends, and we were not disappointed. We met Damian, and Chris at their showrooms and they helped to bring an idea to fruition. They made lots of helpful design suggestions and delivered a fantastic product. At the showroom we thought the bi-fold doors looked too big, Chris reassured us they would fit the look we were going for, and it just goes to show he knows his stuff, in situ the doors are just right, AWESOME! We think they have the WOW factor. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and despite most of the work being undertaken in horrible conditions the team were always very tidy and cheerful, helped along by my team making abilities! The guys on site were always punctual and kept us fully informed. Any issues, which were only ever small, were quickly dealt with, we couldn’t have been happier. One of us is an Engineer so expectations were high, Lifestyle rose to the challenge and exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed with them we asked them to replace our upstairs windows too. Excellent from start to finish. The planning, communication and adherence to dates and times was first class, Chris and the team were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. The new conservatory roof is amazing, we are very pleased with it. Whilst the work was being carried out the fitters, electrician and plasterer were very considerate, tidy and completed the work with as little disruption as possible. We choose Lifestyle to build our 5m x 3m single storey extension. Following initial meetings with Damian, David and Chris, we modified our original design to accommodate their suggestions and WOW, what a finished product. Familiar story, we had limited use of our conservatory – winters too cold, summers too hot – for short periods between those seasons, it was habitable, but the conservatory soon became a dumping ground. The general advice was to replace the polycarbonate roof either with a glass roof or a fully insulated sealed roof. From personal experience do not get roof blinds; too expensive and did not deliver on its promise, a complete waste of time. We used Which? Trusted Traders to search for three local traders and found Lifestyle. After the initial consultation with the three companies, it was quite apparent that Lifestyle stood head and shoulders above the other two companies. There was no pressure selling by Lifestyle’s salesman, who explained all the different options, benefits, and costs in a straight-forward way. We chose Lifestyle’s UltraFrame insulated roof. Lifestyle also arranged a visit to a previous customer’s conservatory which helped confirm our decision. The whole project was managed by Lifestyle, from pre-installation to sign off. The installation was a breeze, despite the weather conditions, and was completed ahead of schedule, thanks to Tony and Niall. Any issues were dealt with there and then on the spot. We had one post installation issue, which was our fault, and was quickly remediated. I would thoroughly recommend Lifestyle for their professionalism, who went above and beyond expectations to deliver the perfect solution for our circumstances.

Great service from Lifestyle as usual. Everything was easy to do from visiting the showroom to choose our new door, receiving our quotation via email, the survey and last but not least the actually fitting of the new door and the removal of the old door and frame. All the staff at Lifestyle are lovely to deal with and very helpful.

Lifestyle have been great throughout the process. From an efficient, competitive quotation procedure to a thorough measurement process to then being installed. Communication from the office has always been forthcoming, brilliant service. The installation was comprehensive and a professional job, the lads were spot-on. Thirty-year old Anglian windows and door replaced. Very pleased with the result of our contract with Lifestyle Windows & Conservatories. The company adopted a professional, responsible approach to the work from the early planning stages and were unfailingly polite and helpful. Staff and craftsmen who visited the house and worked here were also polite and showed considerable respect to our privacy and home; we trusted them and their response was everything that a homeowner would wish for. As a very satisfied customer I would have no hesitation in asking them to do any further work we required.

We recently had heritage PVC windows fitted by lifestyle, in replacement for our old traditional timber windows. This wasn't a decision which was made lightly as it was really important for us that the style of the property remained, however we wanted something which would require no maintenance and would look fresh year on year. The overall finish is exactly as we'd hoped and this is down to Lifestyle listening carefully to our wishes and designing the windows exactly as we described, even down the the wood grain finish and monkey tale handles inside. I'd also like to add that their quote was significantly less than other companies whilst being the only one that we found to offer the heritage collection. From the offset, we felt that we were in good hands when Damian gave us his time and knowledge in guiding us around the showroom and then visiting our home to go through the logistics. Our surveyor was also extremely professional, knowledgeable and had time for many questions and queries. There was a 3+ months wait between confirmation and fitting which was longer than expected. There were also a few touch ups to be made after installation - cosmetics and repairs, however Chris was quick to rectify at each stage and all touch ups were completed within a couple of weeks. Overall, we could not be happier with the result. The windows are exactly as we'd imagined. The colour, style and finish suits our home even more than the original timber and makes everywhere look fresh.

It was important to us to find the right builder for doing what was quite a complex build. We were extending our lounge to the rear of the house, including installation of a wine cellar. We chose Lifestyle to carry out our work, and we were not disappointed. The final product looks really good and blends in well with the existing house. Once the build was complete the team renovated the garden as well, leaving us with nothing more to do than enjoy it all.

It's been an absolute pleasure to deal with everyone at Lifestyle. They have delivered on everything they promised and the service has been excellent from start to finish. From our very first visit to the showroom where Damien explained everything without any pressure to the very thorough survey by Chris who gave such helpful advice. We are delighted with the windows, as I knew we would be - that’s the reason we have chosen Lifestyle again. As expected, they make a massive different to the inside of the property, but I think they actually look better than the originals from the outside! John and Connor (the fitters) are a professional and courteous team who consulted us about any decisions, whilst being able to offer their own advice due to their experience. They have done an excellent job. Please pass on our thanks to them! I am aware that they are not part of the team, but I do also have to mention that I was impressed with the scaffolding company you used - Manor Scaffolding - they were again professional and kept the noise to a minimum - very unlike the last scaffolding company I used!

From the very first contact with Lifestyle Windows, the whole process of choice of doors, surveyor visit, ordering and final fitting was excellent. The door I had was a non standard size which offered no issues with this company. The choice of products was vast and the final quoted price was very reasonable The staff at Lifestyle were understanding and helpful when I moved the installation dates a couple of times. The installation team of Anthony and Daniel were superb in every aspect of their work. They were courteous, respectful and very efficient. I had one query regarding the threshold which they resolved immediately to my full satisfaction. The doors look amazing and transform how the front and back of the cottage looks. We found Lifestyle from a web search of local businesses and as they had had good reviews we visited their showroom where we could see all the products and discuss what we were looking for. We worked with Lifestyle to get to an excellent extension design as well as replacement windows for our house. Following surveys, looking at samples and many queries answered quickly, Lifestyle provided a good specification of what we agreed and the contract was professionally done and we used it through to completion as a great baseline for the subsequent works and the changes we requested. The delivered products are excellent, high quality and look stunning. The Installation teams were all very professional and finished all the work to a high standard. They were all friendly, trustworthy and a pleasure to have around the house. All snags resolved to our satisfaction. What was really good was the one stop shop service we got from the lifestyle team, they also did landscaping to tie the extension to the garden properly as well as the electrics, plastering, heating and tiling to integrate the new room to the existing house. Overall we love the extension, it’s great quality and we had excellent customer service.

Just recently we chose Lifestyle windows to fit ten windows for us (including 3 bay/bow) From the start, the whole process went like clockwork, from advice on the choice of style to the final installation. The quality of the product is outstanding and the skill of the two installers, John and Conner was first-class. Look no further than Lifestyle.

Installation of three UPVC windows plus a six panel bay window. This is the second time I have purchased from Lifestyle. I very much liked a direct reply from the company without a salesman visit - no pressure. I received a quotation based on my photographs of the existing windows which was very competitive. I decided I could afford a replacement bay window as well. From the start, communication was very professional. I was informed of when I would receive a surveyor visit to measure the window openings and to discuss other detail. This was carried out as promised in careful and professional manner. The date of fitting was also agreed and completed as promised. On arrival the fitting team put protective sheets on the stair carpet and throughout were tidy and respectful. They were a good team and I was impressed with the care taken to do a really good job. This wasn't a 'rush job' - they had been given a sensible amount of time to complete the job by the company. They were proud of their work. The family are very pleased with result. We will be placing a further order in the future.

We had Origin OB49 bifold doors fitted by Lifestyle From our initial enquiry to the final installation we found Lifestyle friendly informative and efficient; communication was excellent. Our visit to the showroom enabled us to confirm the quality we needed. The surveyor's visit was prompt and the doors were installed in good time; the team fitting them was friendly and efficient. We have found Chris and Daniel to be extremely professional and passionate about their work. Our initial discussions were with Barnsdale: As installers, Daniel came to the property at least twice to ensure our construction work in the kitchen met the specifications required, and the sizing of the two windows were correct as this was a significant investment. Chris was excellent in helping us agree the design. Their team of 8 installers were symphonic in their approach on the day and were brilliant at finding solutions and very quickly installed the two windows. It was a level of coordination and teamwork to be seen. Brilliant Barnsdale windows with excellent installation and service.
