This is the second time we have used Lifestyle. The first time was for replacement front and back doors. The second time was for replacement windows. Both times the customer service and installation were excellent. The installation team were professional, friendly and helpful. The representative to quote and the office staff were attentive and helpful. The quote was competitive and lower than local firms as well as a larger selection of products to choose from. Payment is on completion of the works which is a reassuring option. Overall we were very pleased with all aspects of the works and would definitely recommend Lifestyle.

We recently had windows and a door replaced by Lifestyle, we were extremely happy with the whole process from start to finish, very friendly, responsive and the guys who fitted them were both knowledgeable and highly skilled, no mess, hugely efficient and quick and all those final little pieces like redoing the cracked pebble dashing on the outside were done to perfection. We had all our windows and our front door replaced by Lifestyle Windows. They did an excellent job from start to finish. We're very pleased with the product and we found all the staff very professional, knowledgable and friendly. We would definitely recommend them - they’re a great company.

We had a new front door fitted due to our old wooden one being draughty and aged. Lifestyle were excellent, they were one of the only companies to get back to me in a timely manner and their price was very competitive. The customer service has been brilliant and the staff at the showroom were very helpful and honest. When it came to arranging the fitting, the team were very flexible and they did a fantastic job on the day. I would highly recommend!

Had work done renewing my conservatory by lifestyle and have been over the moon with the end product, workmanship and professionalism of the company. We were kept up to date with what was going on and any problems were looked after straight away. We would certainly recommend to anybody who wants a first class job and service done .

I was attracted to this company because they were a Which trusted trader. Refreshing to deal with a company that listens to their customer’s requirements and does what it says it will. The final price was as quoted. Had to wait a while for my windows, French doors and integrated blinds but it was worth the wait. Chris and his team were friendly, knowledgable and aim to please. Dan’s surveying was meticulous. A special thank you to Shaun and Clive, the hardworking fitters, who did an excellent job, their attention to detail was second to none! Delighted with the quality of their finished work and all the products supplied. Highly recommend.

From sales rep to fitters, all the people I dealt with at Lifestyle were professional and personable. There were no pressured sales, lovely product (we had 8 windows and a door) and reasonably priced. The fitters especially were a pleasure to have in the house. They worked exceptionally hard, nothing was too much trouble and they checked we were happy at every step of the way.

Lifestyle came recommended by my Dad who is in the trade and has completed work alongside Lifestyle. Lifestyle from start to finish catered for our needs extremely well. The first off meeting to discuss options and quotations was helpful, efficient came with no sales pressures. We was kept updated along the way in terms of delivery and fitment and fitment was carried out to a very high standard, the fitters were a great team and was very tidy. Lifestyles aftersales service has been faultless with a small remedial job that was completed with no hassle or dispute. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We chose Lifestyle to fit our new front porch and door as we like to use local businesses. The service was excellent. Elise came and discussed with us what exactly we wanted and she explained the pro's and con's of various options. Then Daniel the surveyor came to take the exact measurements. Any queries we have had have been answered promptly. When the fitters arrived they were very friendly and obviously took pride in their work. They took care with the work and went above and beyond to give us our new porch and door. I would absolutely recommend Lifestyle as a company.

After a while searching for builders to complete a garage conversion and a garage extension, a friend of mine put me in touch with Lifestyle, BINGO!! From the first consultation to the build being signed off I have nothing but praise. All the teams from all the various professions were top notch. Build quality, materials and craftsmanship from laying the foundations to roof competition was excellent and all at a very competitive price even though since covid, prices have soared. A special thanks must go to Dave the project manager. A true gent. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept us in the loop throughout. He is a credit to the company and should be proud of the way his professionalism, honesty and understanding shines through. It's a truly worrying thing to have a build like this going on but Dave was always there to advise and discuss every step of the way. We are all absolutely thrilled with our new orangery! It looks amazing on our home. It was constructed within the time frame stated when we received our final quote. The bi-fold doors allow us to connect our home to the garden all year round which was a priority for us. Every member of your team who we met was a pleasure to work with. We developed good relationships with them and they were always very happy to answer questions and were very respectful of our home. They all took great pride in their work and were keen to deliver extremely high standards. Working with your company was definitely the right decision, thank you all so much for helping us both to realise our vision of an orangery that is perfect for us. You were available and supportive every step of the way, if we need window products in the future, you will be who we call.

We chose Lifestyle for our conservatory renovation on recommendation from friends, whose beautiful orangery we had admired for several years, and we were not disappointed. From our initial meeting right through to completion the service was exemplary. The service we received from Lifestyle has been exemplary from our initial visit to final completion. Chris and Liz helped us plan an extension which has exceeded our expectations. Everybody involved in the project worked to a very high standard and were extremely polite and cheerful. It was a pleasure to have them working on our property. Neighbours commented on how clean they left the site and road every day. Since completion their service team has responded promptly to any minor faults.

We were very pleased with the work carried out by Lifestyle. They installed a LivinRoof and replacement windows. The final result looks great. The company are a pleasure to deal with - no pressure selling and communication is good. Any queries were dealt with promptly. Fantastic company to deal with. Had our conservatory converted to an insulated room fitted with an Ultraframe roof. All the workmen were hard workers, turned up on time and did a fantastic job. Their response to telephone calls and emails was, on the whole, instantaneous, which is remarkable in today’s climate. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Lifestyle windows have just completed the installation of 22 windows, an aluminium patio door, front door with side panels and rear door. the whole process from choosing designs,ordering,delivery and installation went extremely smoothly with the quality of products, attention to detail with the fitting team and customer care second to none. Having seen the quality of the windows and doors installed and the work carried by out for nearby friends we decided earlier this year to obtain a quotation from local firm Lifestlye for the replacement of the eight timber windows and aluminum patio door of our property. With a more efficient Heritage flush frame UPVC window system and UPVC framed patio door. The replacement work has now been satisfactorily completed and we found Chris and the Lifestyle team friendly, efficient and helpful people to deal with at all stages and caring and considerate in the way the installation work was carried out. Based on our positive experience we would recommend Lifestyle, without hesitation.

We visited their showroom looking for an aluminium window system for our loft conversion. Chris was able to show us the origin frame which suited our purpose perfectly. Lifestyle Windows are an exceptional company who dealt with the installation of our new windows in a professional manner. From our initial online query, to Liz who came out to us to look around and provide us with an initial quotation, to the full site survey, and then the couple of days it took for the windows to be installed, everything was done in a proficient manner. It was also useful to take a look around their showroom and consider various options before we decided on our final choice. Queries along the way were dealt with and responded to in a fast manner. Even when the unexpected happened during installation (a cracked window and a faulty handle) these issues are being taken care of. We feel a very valued customer and there is a mutual respect between ourselves and Lifestyle Windows such that no deposit is required with full payment only asked for once we are happy. Knowing that they are Which? Trusted Trader was hugely reassuring for us too.
