Just had windows & doors fitted and they look amazing. Good local company with professional & friendly workforce. Customer Service difficult due to Covid but information could have been better.

Lifestyle Windows and Conservatories are amazing. They’ve given wonderful customer service even in these difficult times of COVID. Their communication whether by phone, email or in person was brilliant. Chris and the team made me feel so valued as a customer. The work that Nicky and Kean carried out was of a very high standard and they were always polite and considerate. We’re delighted with the high standard of workmanship and the quality of the product. It’s made such a difference to the house both cosmetically and with regards to heating. Thank you Lifestyle for a first class job.

From the initial e-mail response, we were impressed by their professionalism. We visited the showroom and the representative we saw was very knowledgeable and informative. We were told it would not be a hard sell, and that was exactly how it was. We were not hassled with follow-up phone calls etc., they waited until we were ready to visit the showroom again. We decided to go ahead and a surveyor came 6 weeks later and he stayed for 2 1/2 hours working on the plans. Lifestyle does not ask for any money upfront, even for the survey. You just pay when the job is finished. We also saw the Director at one point and he was also very approachable. They were realistic about their starting date and when it came to it, they came the very day they promised they would start 2 months previously and the job took the time they said it would take. We had a solid roof (Ultralite) put on our existing conservatory. We are delighted with the installers and with the product. The end finish looks great too and we will be having a warmer conservatory in winter and a cooler one in the summer. Phil and Tony were excellent, very efficient and meticulous. What I particularly liked is the way they responded to requests and suggestions, whereas most people would tend to say yes and then ignore your request. I felt that I could ask them anything, within reason. They work very well as a team and complement each other superbly. You can tell they have been working together for years.

From the very first visit to the showroom (Covid measures adhered to) to the fitters van driving away yesterday, we have been really impressed with Lifestyle. We have purchased a composite front door. The entire process has been excellent. The customer service keeping us informed via email and calls from the quote to the installation date. The quality of the door and workmanship are high-end. The price is competitive too and I see they do a price match if it’s found cheaper. We have used Lifestyle for years for buying windows and a full conservatory door... supply only and have had nothing but good service. A highly recommended small local business with the personal touches.

Excellent customer service. They were able to work really well around my work schedule, and were efficient and completed all work to high standard. All the workmen were polite, skilful, and very professional. I'm very pleased with the completed work and would gladly use their service again.

We are highly delighted with our new conservatory roof from Lifestyle. Our original conservatory was built by Lifestyle 15 years ago and we had no hesitation in getting them back to upgrade the roof. Everyone involved with the project has been professional, friendly and hardworking, including the subcontracted electrician and plasterer. We are really looking forward to being able to use our new room all year round.

After years of dodging double glazing salesmen I picked the moment to want some replacement windows when almost the whole industry was shut down as a result of Covid. Lifestyle were amongst the few who were still interested in doing business. They gave me great input on the selection of product (we live in a conservation area) and recommended a product suitable to keep the conservation officer happy but not costing a fortune. The fitting process was a bit tricky - delays at the supplier and the awful weather led to a couple of delays in fitting, but Lifestyle kept us fully appraised of the situation and arrived promptly on the agreed day. Fitting team were very polite, clean and tidy and worked with minimum fuss even given the requirements of working during Lockdown. I'd certainly use them again.

Absolutely brilliant! Took me forever to make my mind up about what I wanted, I blame pinterest! Chris & his team were very patient with me and we got there in the end. The windows look fabulous had so many complements from neighbours. The insulation team were second to none cannot fault them they are a lovely bunch of men & it was a pleasure to have them working in my home as I am very particular about things. Every question was answered & any queries resolved immediately. Can not fault them you should be proud Chris. I would definitely recommend them to anyone 5 stars is not enough. Thanks guys.”

We’ve had a new door fitted and it looks great. It was easy to try out various designs on their web site and then we visited their demo suite to confirm what we wanted. The installation guys were professional and friendly – they answered all our questions as though it mattered to them. All in all a good experience – thank you.

Excellent service from Chris, Liz and the team. They were very accommodating to fit our windows at short notice. We ordered Bifold doors, windows and an Ultraframe Sky Lantern and we are delighted with them all. Fitters were very professional. We had previously used Lifestyle for the replacement of our conservatory roof with an Ultra frame glass roof and had no hesitation in using them again for replacing our front door with a Solidor and the back door with a UPVC door. Lifestyle have provided the same excellent standard of customer service and workmanship. The installation team were friendly, professional and tidy. Lifestyle fitted a new conservatory roof, as new windows sills, re-plastering of brickwork and a kitchen flat roof repair all during the pandemic at a reasonable cost. Their fitters were professional and offered advice on various solutions. They arrived on the agreed days and times and always followed Covid regulations. We have just had all external doors and windows replaced by Lifestyle Windows and Conservatories. From the first contact to the completion of work the experience has been professional, pleasant and efficient . Sound and helpful advise given on product selection, detailed analysis of work to be undertaken and good standard of installation work. The overall effect has much improved the appearance of our property and added to our comfort and enjoyment in it.

This is the second time I have had work done by Lifestyle the first being a number of years ago. Didn't bother getting quotes as I knew from past experience that their prices were fair and competitive and didn't want to have different salespeople in my house at the minute for obvious reasons. The visit was easily arranged and Damian was very knowledgeable and able to prove practical advice and was in no way pushy or pressurising. Was really pleased that they were able to fit me in before Christmas and am really glad they did now as the house feels so much warmer even with the freezing weather we are having at the minute. The guys that did the installation were all really friendly and polite. The thing that struck me the most from listening to them and watching them work was the amount of pride they take in their work and their desire to do the best possible job for their customers. The job wasn't quite finished in time for Christmas due to failing light but Ant came back between Christmas and New Year interrupting his break to do the finishing touches. Overall really pleased with the job and would have no problem recommending them to anyone. Many thanks to all the guys who were part of the installation. Cheers.

Having had a number of quotations I went with Lifestyle due to their competitiveness and also a personal family recommendation. I had a complete refit of 16 windows and was absolutely delighted. Chris and Liz were very efficient in preparing a quote and scheduling the work despite the pandemic and kept me informed throughout! The surveyor and fitting team were punctual, polite and left the premises extremely tidy - the new windows have transformed my property and I am delighted with their quality. I then decided to also have glass replaced in my Garden Room - again the process was smooth and efficient. Lifestyle are a competitive company with absolutely no hard sell and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We are delighted with our new conservatory. We have been really impressed with all the tradesmen. They were all pleasant and professional. They arrived on time and worked really hard. They paid attention to every detail and left the conservatory immaculate. After a quick mop of the floor to clear any settling dust, we moved the furniture back in and were finished within a couple of hours of them leaving. The one thing that has given us peace of mind is excellent customer service. The whole project has been efficiently managed from our first appointment with the salesman, the surveyor, the office manager, the tradesmen and Chris, the director. We wanted a better insulated roof to our conservatory. Having used Lifestyle before we wanted to use them. We weren't disappointed. The installation team arrived at agreed times and behaved perfectly, producing an excellent result. We are delighted with the result.

After research we chose Lifestyle Windows to rebuild our 25 year old conservatory. It took 1/2 a day longer than the planned 5 days to complete because for 2 days it rained incessantly. Despite the weather Tony and Phil the builders carried on without a break and strictly observed Covid-19 regulations guidance at all times even refusing our offers of refreshments. We are delighted with the finished product and have no hesitation in recommending Lifestyle Windows.

I had my original full glass roof changed to the new LivinROOF by UltraFrame. Full aluminium roof with 3 glass panel inserts. I also changed the windows and doors to newer full panels. Lifestyle advised that it would be so much warmer and also advised where to put the glass panels to avoid glare from the sun. What a difference - so much warmer. I used to need an extra-large heater along with my 2 radiators to keep the room warm but no more. The guys who came were efficient, helpful, and tidy. Took all rubbish away each day and could not have been more accommodating. The whole process including plastering & electrics was smooth, no problems arose, and all this included in the price. I did have a couple of other quotes, both similar but I went with Lifestyle due to their no hard selling, helpfulness, and personal communication. I am so pleased. It looks just super!

They did a very professional job, from enquiry to fitting and after service; they kept me informed throughout. Their fitters turned up on time every day, completed the job in the time specified, were very knowledgeable about the product and did an excellent job. Chris and the guys at Lifestyle are my 'go to' guys for quality products and service. I first found them when researching a premium front door. Their honest, matter of fact approach matched with very keen prices instantly gave me confidence. it was therefore obvious who to turn to when we wanted to upgrade our French doors to bi-folds. No fuss, great prices, top end products and great installation teams. No hesitation in recommending them.

Had 11 windows, patio doors and front door installed over 4 days. Installation team were courteous, efficient and tidy. Window quality is very good with neat welded seams. They spent a lot of time ensuring the doors fitted and locked smoothly ( they came back a week later to check the patio door locking). The finish on the indoor surfaces was excellent, it looked like we had decorated after the windows had been fitted. They took away all the old windows and doors. Would highly recommend this company.
