Lifestyle Home Solutions Ltd is a small family run business based in Ilkeston covering towns in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. We have built a strong reputation for providing value for money, quality products and a professional installation service. We have a small dedicated team that take pride in their work and approach. We have a strict no pressure approach to sales with the emphasis on detailed written quotations allowing our customers to come back to us in their own time. We are two time winners of the Consumer Protection Association's Customer Care Award. Our showroom is open Monday-Saturday with on-site parking. FENSA members since 2002.

Lifestyle have just completed the replacement of our old polycarbonate conservatory roof with an Ultra frame glass roof. We were extremely impressed from the initial email enquires with Chris to the installation and follow up. Chris was extremely professional answering all emails promptly he was even willing to meet us on a Sunday when were we unable to make normal office hours. We found his pricing to be both honest and competitive. The whole team were punctual, hard working and friendly. It was a pleasure to have them working on our project. I would highly recommend this company.

We had our Windows and doors replaced. We are very happy with the quality of them and the finish. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The only reason I have knocked off one star for customer service is the original schedule didn't happen and the work was rescheduled a couple of times taking longer than expected. But it is the result that matters and I am very happy to recommend this company.

Lifestyle quoted for replacing our porch and back door. They provided a competitive price for an attractive porch. The sales team were very professional and helpful. Explanations and paperwork were thorough, and the work was completed on time with minimum disruption. What was particularly outstanding was how hard the installation team worked, in atrocious weather - I have never seen standing water in the front garden before in nearly 40 years! They were soaked to the skin but always had a friendly smile and a positive outlook. They even took the time to talk to our rather concerned 2 year old grandson and put him at ease which was very helpful.

We were more than pleased with work involved in this installation. Two replacement windows were fitted by one man. It took nearly all day as he was alone. He was punctual, polite, took pride in his work. A good job. He was honest when "extra" work was not needed. I received a small refund. Can recommend.

Our Ultra frame solid roof and window frames was a large and quite complex project. We were impressed with the detail and explanation of how/when the job would be done. During the work each and every skilled tradesmen worked incredibly hard, including us every step of the way. Nothing too much trouble - the standard of workmanship was excellent. The final result is just stunning and the addition of glass roof panels means we have lost no light. A fear we had initially. So, our decision to use Lifestyle proved to be the right one and we would recommend without hesitation for a quality job.

Having used this company before and being satisfied with their work I asked for them to give advice on our 15 year old sad looking conservatory. Chris Vincent came across with some good ideas which we accepted. An appointment was made for measurements to be taken and this was dealt efficiently and on time. We agreed to the quote and a date was set for the work. Two men turned up on time on the designated date. They introduced themselves and confirmed what work was to be carried out. After the compulsory cup of tea they set to work and continued until completion. Having found a defect in closing the double doors this was adjusted in addition to the designated work. The work area was cleaned and all old materials removed. I paid the bill which was as quoted. I did find a slight problem with one of the doors which was dealt with in a satisfactory manner. I found the whole team polite and efficient and would not hesitate to use them again.

This is the 3rd time we've used Lifestyle. This time it was to replace a patio window broken by a stone chip. Spoke with Julie (always helpful, friendly and professional) Lifestyle fitted the original patio doors a few years earlier so the details were on file making a visit to measure up unnecessary. We agreed a date and the price was very competitive. The fitter (think it was Steven) turned up exactly when scheduled and the work was completed quickly with no mess or fuss. Their attention to customer service is exceptional and they're committed to find the right product for the customer without sales pressure I would recommend Lifestyle to anyone as their professionalism and quality of product and service is outstanding Thanks again Chris and the team-I shall continue to recommend you guys to my friends and family requiring your service.

I have recently replaced all windows and doors. The front windows had ultimate rose sash and the rear residence 7 casement. I am thrilled with the results, the property is circa 1780 and the windows look amazing, perfect colour (agate grey). The quality is also great. I’ve had many comments from people all saying back to how a period property should look.
