Excellent service from start to finish for our new windows from a timely quote, survey and installation - Everyone at Lifestyle has been thorough and professional so we will definately recommend and use again

Familiar story, we had limited use of our conservatory – winters too cold, summers too hot – for short periods between those seasons, it was habitable, but the conservatory soon became a dumping ground. The general advice was to replace the polycarbonate roof either with a glass roof or a fully insulated sealed roof. From personal experience do not get roof blinds; too expensive and did not deliver on its promise, a complete waste of time. We used Which? Trusted Traders to search for three local traders and found Lifestyle. After the initial consultation with the three companies, it was quite apparent that Lifestyle stood head and shoulders above the other two companies. There was no pressure selling by Lifestyle’s salesman, who explained all the different options, benefits, and costs in a straight-forward way. We chose Lifestyle’s UltraFrame insulated roof. Lifestyle also arranged a visit to a previous customer’s conservatory which helped confirm our decision. The whole project was managed by Lifestyle, from pre-installation to sign off. The installation was a breeze, despite the weather conditions, and was completed ahead of schedule, thanks to Tony and Niall. Any issues were dealt with there and then on the spot. We had one post installation issue, which was our fault, and was quickly remediated. I would thoroughly recommend Lifestyle for their professionalism, who went above and beyond expectations to deliver the perfect solution for our circumstances.

Great service from Lifestyle as usual. Everything was easy to do from visiting the showroom to choose our new door, receiving our quotation via email, the survey and last but not least the actually fitting of the new door and the removal of the old door and frame. All the staff at Lifestyle are lovely to deal with and very helpful.

Thirty-year old Anglian windows and door replaced. Very pleased with the result of our contract with Lifestyle Windows & Conservatories. The company adopted a professional, responsible approach to the work from the early planning stages and were unfailingly polite and helpful. Staff and craftsmen who visited the house and worked here were also polite and showed considerable respect to our privacy and home; we trusted them and their response was everything that a homeowner would wish for. As a very satisfied customer I would have no hesitation in asking them to do any further work we required.

We recently had heritage PVC windows fitted by lifestyle, in replacement for our old traditional timber windows. This wasn't a decision which was made lightly as it was really important for us that the style of the property remained, however we wanted something which would require no maintenance and would look fresh year on year. The overall finish is exactly as we'd hoped and this is down to Lifestyle listening carefully to our wishes and designing the windows exactly as we described, even down the the wood grain finish and monkey tale handles inside. I'd also like to add that their quote was significantly less than other companies whilst being the only one that we found to offer the heritage collection. From the offset, we felt that we were in good hands when Damian gave us his time and knowledge in guiding us around the showroom and then visiting our home to go through the logistics. Our surveyor was also extremely professional, knowledgeable and had time for many questions and queries. There was a 3+ months wait between confirmation and fitting which was longer than expected. There were also a few touch ups to be made after installation - cosmetics and repairs, however Chris was quick to rectify at each stage and all touch ups were completed within a couple of weeks. Overall, we could not be happier with the result. The windows are exactly as we'd imagined. The colour, style and finish suits our home even more than the original timber and makes everywhere look fresh.

It was important to us to find the right builder for doing what was quite a complex build. We were extending our lounge to the rear of the house, including installation of a wine cellar. We chose Lifestyle to carry out our work, and we were not disappointed. The final product looks really good and blends in well with the existing house. Once the build was complete the team renovated the garden as well, leaving us with nothing more to do than enjoy it all.

It's been an absolute pleasure to deal with everyone at Lifestyle. They have delivered on everything they promised and the service has been excellent from start to finish. We are delighted with the windows, as I knew we would be - that’s the reason we have chosen Lifestyle again. As expected, they make a massive different to the inside of the property, but I think they actually look better than the originals from the outside! John and Connor (the fitters) are a professional and courteous team who consulted us about any decisions, whilst being able to offer their own advice due to their experience. I am aware that they are not part of the team, but I do also have to mention that I was impressed with the scaffolding company you used - Manor Scaffolding - they were again professional and kept the noise to a minimum - very unlike the last scaffolding company I used!

From the very first contact with Lifestyle Windows, the whole process of choice of doors, surveyor visit, ordering and final fitting was excellent. The door I had was a non standard size which offered no issues with this company. The choice of products was vast and the final quoted price was very reasonable The staff at Lifestyle were understanding and helpful when I moved the installation dates a couple of times. The installation team of Anthony and Daniel were superb in every aspect of their work. They were courteous, respectful and very efficient. I had one query regarding the threshold which they resolved immediately to my full satisfaction. The doors look amazing and transform how the front and back of the cottage looks. We found Lifestyle from a web search of local businesses and as they had had good reviews we visited their showroom where we could see all the products and discuss what we were looking for. We worked with Lifestyle to get to an excellent extension design as well as replacement windows for our house. Following surveys, looking at samples and many queries answered quickly, Lifestyle provided a good specification of what we agreed and the contract was professionally done and we used it through to completion as a great baseline for the subsequent works and the changes we requested. The delivered products are excellent, high quality and look stunning. The Installation teams were all very professional and finished all the work to a high standard. They were all friendly, trustworthy and a pleasure to have around the house. All snags resolved to our satisfaction. What was really good was the one stop shop service we got from the lifestyle team, they also did landscaping to tie the extension to the garden properly as well as the electrics, plastering, heating and tiling to integrate the new room to the existing house. Overall we love the extension, it’s great quality and we had excellent customer service.

Just recently we chose Lifestyle windows to fit ten windows for us (including 3 bay/bow) From the start, the whole process went like clockwork, from advice on the choice of style to the final installation. The quality of the product is outstanding and the skill of the two installers, John and Conner was first-class. Look no further than Lifestyle.

Installation of three UPVC windows plus a six panel bay window. This is the second time I have purchased from Lifestyle. I very much liked a direct reply from the company without a salesman visit - no pressure. I received a quotation based on my photographs of the existing windows which was very competitive. I decided I could afford a replacement bay window as well. From the start, communication was very professional. I was informed of when I would receive a surveyor visit to measure the window openings and to discuss other detail. This was carried out as promised in careful and professional manner. The date of fitting was also agreed and completed as promised. On arrival the fitting team put protective sheets on the stair carpet and throughout were tidy and respectful. They were a good team and I was impressed with the care taken to do a really good job. This wasn't a 'rush job' - they had been given a sensible amount of time to complete the job by the company. They were proud of their work. The family are very pleased with result. We will be placing a further order in the future.

We had Origin OB49 bifold doors fitted by Lifestyle From our initial enquiry to the final installation we found Lifestyle friendly informative and efficient; communication was excellent. Our visit to the showroom enabled us to confirm the quality we needed. The surveyor's visit was prompt and the doors were installed in good time; the team fitting them was friendly and efficient. We are satisfied with the value for money and are confident that any further help , if needed, will be provided.

We have found Chris and Daniel to be extremely professional and passionate about their work. Our initial discussions were with Barnsdale: As installers, Daniel came to the property at least twice to ensure our construction work in the kitchen met the specifications required, and the sizing of the two windows were correct as this was a significant investment. Chris was excellent in helping us agree the design. Their team of 8 installers were symphonic in their approach on the day and were brilliant at finding solutions and very quickly installed the two windows. It was a level of coordination and teamwork to be seen. Brilliant Barnsdale windows with excellent installation and service.

This is the second time we have used Lifestyle. The first time was for replacement front and back doors. The second time was for replacement windows. Both times the customer service and installation were excellent. The installation team were professional, friendly and helpful. From sales rep to fitters, all the people I dealt with at Lifestyle were professional and personable. There were no pressured sales, lovely product (we had 8 windows and a door) and reasonably priced. The fitters especially were a pleasure to have in the house. We are all absolutely thrilled with our new orangery! It looks amazing on our home. It was constructed within the time frame stated when we received our final quote. The bi-fold doors allow us to connect our home to the garden all year round which was a priority for us. Every member of your team who we met was a pleasure to work with. Fantastic company to deal with. Had our conservatory converted to an insulated room fitted with an Ultraframe roof. All the workmen were hard workers, turned up on time and did a fantastic job. Having seen the quality of the windows and doors installed and the work carried by out for nearby friends we decided earlier this year to obtain a quotation from local firm Lifestlye for the replacement of the eight timber windows and aluminum patio door of our property. With a more efficient Heritage flush frame UPVC window system and UPVC framed patio door. The replacement work has now been satisfactorily completed and we found Chris and the Lifestyle team friendly, efficient and helpful people to deal with at all stages and caring and considerate in the way the installation work was carried out. Based on our positive experience we would recommend Lifestyle, without hesitation.

From our initial online query, to Liz who came out to us to look around and provide us with an initial quotation, to the full site survey, and then the couple of days it took for the windows to be installed, everything was done in a proficient manner. Even when the unexpected happened during installation (a cracked window and a faulty handle) these issues are being taken care of. As regards the project we are very pleased indeed. We love the design of the roof and the colour, and are most impressed with the quality of all the materials. We especially want to mention all of the team that have been here, whether builders or installation chaps they have done a brilliant job, we can't fault their work ethic and the results are excellent. It was a pleasure to have them here, they were all extremely polite, well mannered and respected the fact that they were working in someone's home, so did their best to limit any disturbance. We found the information provided by the company at all stages clear and informative, with Chris and his team quick to respond to any queries by phone or e mail.

We have had a new conservatory built for us by Lifestyle. From start to finish they have been exceptionally professional and the quality of their products is excellent. The fitters were friendly and very respectful of our space, clearing up after themselves and leaving everything tidy. Lifestyle made me happy in so many ways 1. The product- I had French doors fitted in my lounge and they are so stylish and well fitted. They seem really safe and there is minimal step over to get outside. 2. The surveyor talked me through the options and was very helpful in my decisions about handles, frame, locks etc 3 The fitters were polite, checked at every stage that they were meeting my requirements and were efficient. 4 Reliability and honesty. I was given an approximation of how long it would be before the surveyor came and when the work might be done. When I was given a date but it needed to be changed, I was given 24 hours notice, an apology and a full explanation. No money was taken until the work was completed to my satisfaction. I would most certainly recommend them.

We found their quote in line with competitors and chose them for our job because their attitude and response to our queries was friendly and positive. We had traditional style casement windows to suit our Derbyshire stone barn conversion and they look beautiful. Extra bespoke requirements for internal panelling and finishes were also accommodated at reasonable cost. My mother needed two new uPVC double glazed windows to the front of her bungalow. I chose four well-known companies to supply me with quotes and I visited their showrooms to see the quality of the product quoted. I immediately dismissed one company after they provided me with a somewhat ridiculous quote but then applied an OAP discount which still left the price rather more than the other three who were within £200 of each other. Chris at Lifestyle introduced me to flush fit windows and offered them at no additional cost. I supplied my findings to my mother who said she wanted Lifestyle as she’d had them some years ago at her previous bungalow and they were excellent. She didn’t remember the company name until she saw my list!! Due to covid, there was a lengthy lead time but it was well worth waiting for. A two-man team arrived In the morning, unfortunately soon after they commenced work, it began to rain but they worked well and did an excellent job. The floors were sheeted and they were covid aware. Having just had all our windows & doors replaced by Lifestyle Windows I would just like to thank the whole team. From the initial survey by Elise, the secondary survey by Glynn, right through to Nicky & Keown who installed everything and Chris, guiding everything through at the office. Having all your windows & doors replaced, you would think it would be pretty invasive, but both these fella's made it a thoroughly pleasant experience, being respectful, courteous and professional throughout. We went with Lifestyle because of the reviews on Which? They have been great from beginning to end. There was a long delay between ordering and fitting the windows, but that was normal this year with all glazing. The fitters, Ant & Dan deserve a mention as they were great. Their communication along the way was excellent and they were keen that we noted any concerns we had. We've had an inspection and the guy took note of the minor scratches etc that we wanted looking at. There were a couple of (tiny) nicks in the plastic, those are being filled this week. There were a couple of scratches to the glazing that turned out to be glue marks (worth checking!) and then a couple of panels of glass that will be replaced due to minor scratches inside the glazing. There was no objection from the inspection guy and it was easy to talk through these items. Our windows look great and we would happily use the company again.

So I did a bit of shopping around and decided to go with Lifestyle for our new porch as the old wooden one was rotten and needed to be replaced. The whole process was very easy first a full and very detailed plan of all our options was taken. We then received a very competitive estimate with all of the information you would ever need. The price was not the cheapest but I believe I got the best product at a fair price. Then the surveyor came and confirmed all the details the quality of product and the professionalism and knowledge of all of the staff was great. We got an installation date and the communication was second to none. The installation only took a day and the guys worked really hard and took the time to make sure we were happy with every detail. We used Lifestyle for a new front door (Solidor) and new French doors to replace old sliding patio doors. Service was great from the first (free) home consultation and quote, through to fitting. The prices felt very competitive for top quality products and services. From the initial e-mail response, we were impressed by their professionalism. We visited the showroom and the representative we saw was very knowledgeable and informative. We were told it would not be a hard sell, and that was exactly how it was. We were not hassled with follow-up phone calls etc., they waited until we were ready to visit the showroom again. We decided to go ahead and a surveyor came 6 weeks later and he stayed for 2 1/2 hours working on the plans. Lifestyle does not ask for any money upfront, even for the survey. You just pay when the job is finished. We also saw the Director at one point and he was also very approachable. They were realistic about their starting date and when it came to it, they came the very day they promised they would start 2 months previously and the job took the time they said it would take. We had a solid roof (Ultralite) put on our existing conservatory. We are delighted with the installers and with the product. The end finish looks great too and we will be having a warmer conservatory in winter and a cooler one in the summer. Phil and Tony were excellent, very efficient and meticulous. What I particularly liked is the way they responded to requests and suggestions, whereas most people would tend to say yes and then ignore your request. I felt that I could ask them anything, within reason. They work very well as a team and complement each other superbly. You can tell they have been working together for years.

From the very first visit to the showroom (Covid measures adhered to) to the fitters van driving away yesterday, we have been really impressed with Lifestyle. We have purchased a composite front door. The entire process has been excellent. The customer service keeping us informed via email and calls from the quote to the installation date. We are highly delighted with our new conservatory roof from Lifestyle. Our original conservatory was built by Lifestyle 15 years ago and we had no hesitation in getting them back to upgrade the roof. After years of dodging double glazing salesmen I picked the moment to want some replacement windows when almost the whole industry was shut down as a result of Covid. Lifestyle were amongst the few who were still interested in doing business. They gave me great input on the selection of product (we live in a conservation area) and recommended a product suitable to keep the conservation officer happy but not costing a fortune. The fitting process was a bit tricky - delays at the supplier and the awful weather led to a couple of delays in fitting, but Lifestyle kept us fully appraised of the situation and arrived promptly on the agreed day. Fitting team were very polite, clean and tidy and worked with minimum fuss even given the requirements of working during Lockdown. I'd certainly use them again.

This is the second time I have had work done by Lifestyle the first being a number of years ago. Didn't bother getting quotes as I knew from past experience that their prices were fair and competitive and didn't want to have different salespeople in my house at the minute for obvious reasons. Having had a number of quotations I went with Lifestyle due to their competitiveness and also a personal family recommendation. I had a complete refit of 16 windows and was absolutely delighted. Chris and Liz were very efficient in preparing a quote and scheduling the work despite the pandemic and kept me informed throughout! We wanted a better insulated roof to our conservatory. Having used Lifestyle before we wanted to use them. We weren't disappointed. The installation team arrived at agreed times and behaved perfectly, producing an excellent result. We are delighted with the result.

After research we chose Lifestyle Windows to rebuild our 25 year old conservatory. It took 1/2 a day longer than the planned 5 days to complete because for 2 days it rained incessantly. Despite the weather Tony and Phil the builders carried on without a break and strictly observed Covid-19 regulations guidance at all times even refusing our offers of refreshments. I had my original full glass roof changed to the new LivinROOF by UltraFrame. Full aluminium roof with 3 glass panel inserts. I also changed the windows and doors to newer full panels. Lifestyle advised that it would be so much warmer and also advised where to put the glass panels to avoid glare from the sun. What a difference - so much warmer. I used to need an extra-large heater along with my 2 radiators to keep the room warm but no more. The guys who came were efficient, helpful, and tidy. Took all rubbish away each day and could not have been more accommodating. The whole process including plastering & electrics was smooth, no problems arose, and all this included in the price. I did have a couple of other quotes, both similar but I went with Lifestyle due to their no hard selling, helpfulness, and personal communication. I am so pleased. It looks just super!

Had 11 windows, patio doors and front door installed over 4 days. Installation team were courteous, efficient and tidy. Window quality is very good with neat welded seams. They spent a lot of time ensuring the doors fitted and locked smoothly ( they came back a week later to check the patio door locking). The finish on the indoor surfaces was excellent, it looked like we had decorated after the windows had been fitted. They took away all the old windows and doors. Would highly recommend this company.

Lifestyle quoted for replacing our porch and back door. They provided a competitive price for an attractive porch. The sales team were very professional and helpful. Explanations and paperwork were thorough, and the work was completed on time with minimum disruption. What was particularly outstanding was how hard the installation team worked, in atrocious weather - I have never seen standing water in the front garden before in nearly 40 years! They were soaked to the skin but always had a friendly smile and a positive outlook. They even took the time to talk to our rather concerned 2 year old grandson and put him at ease which was very helpful.

Having used this company before and being satisfied with their work I asked for them to give advice on our 15 year old sad looking conservatory. Chris Vincent came across with some good ideas which we accepted. An appointment was made for measurements to be taken and this was dealt efficiently and on time. We agreed to the quote and a date was set for the work. Two men turned up on time on the designated date. They introduced themselves and confirmed what work was to be carried out. After the compulsory cup of tea they set to work and continued until completion. Having found a defect in closing the double doors this was adjusted in addition to the designated work. The work area was cleaned and all old materials removed. I paid the bill which was as quoted. I did find a slight problem with one of the doors which was dealt with in a satisfactory manner. I found the whole team polite and efficient and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have recently replaced all windows and doors. The front windows had ultimate rose sash and the rear residence 7 casement. I am thrilled with the results, the property is circa 1780 and the windows look amazing, perfect colour (agate grey). The quality is also great. I’ve had many comments from people all saying back to how a period property should look.

Lifestyle replaced all of the windows and doors in our cottage at the end of 2017. It’s recently occurred to us that we didn’t leave a review. The work was undertaken very professionally and the windows and doors still look great 18 months after fitting. Chris and the team worked with us to iron out one or two minor problems with the new patio doors which are now fine. Lifestyle offered a competitive quote without being pushy. They provided plenty of documentation throughout the surveying and in the run up to the start of work. The work team were tidy, courteous and answered any questions we had. The workmanship was excellent and any issues were discussed and sorted before the end of the work.

All of the work was completed on time and to the agreed budget. The installers were all very professional and helpful. One of the old windows broke while being removed, they cleaned everything up, I wouldn't have known if I hadn't heard it. Communication is excellent, we always know what is happening and when. Three of the glass panes were scratched on the inside, one on the outside. OOne has already been replaced and the others are being planned in. We have a damp patch after fitting the bifold door, which is under review

We are progressively replacing our outdated windows with new units. Lifestyle took measurements, arranged for production by George Barnard, delivery and fitting. This was our second instalment and the liason was again good, the windows delivered and fitted on time and the site left tidy. The fitters were friendly and helpful as was the office. There is at least one more instalment to go and we will unhesitatingly use Lifestyle again.
