Recently installed an EV charger at my house, and I was really pleased with the standard of the work. Liam went above & beyond to get the installation as tidy as possible and exactly how we wanted it. Fair pricing too.

I had my home charger fitted today which required an internal routing and then into the garden. The work was completed really well with regular check-ins to ensure I was happy with progress. Very tidy work and done with a smile despite some unexpected challenges. Would definitely recommend them again.

Alex installed our EV charger. He was very friendly and helpful. His work was completed to a great standard and he was very informative about how to use the charger. I was very happy with the whole install and process.

Tom installed the Ohme 5 charging unit proficiently, with great cabling, and even fixed the lock on the fuse box. Left me delighted with the communication and instructions. Would strongly recommend.

From the initial install, right through to after sales service and customer support, I genuinely cannot fault LKT Electrical. There are great tradesmen and women still out there.

Called LKT when my trip switch went off.Initially Lee was very helpful advising how to find the problem.It was the outside plug for my fishpond. I asked them to come and replace the old box as it looked like water was in it. 4 days till they came after another call to them. The work was done quickly and a charge of £150 that I thought was high.When it rained again the trip went off and again a wait till they came back. The electrician unscrewed the box said all was fine that it could be the cables which they never checked and that 10 minute job was at a cost of £90 unbelievable but in their favour they did decide on no charge when I complained. I checked the cables and found some Gardner’s had damaged a cable at the time saying it was a fuse that they replaced. I then had another electrician come out and he quickly repaired the cable for less than half of LKT call out charge. Will not use LKT again.

I was very pleased with the service we received from LKT. They installed an EV charging point plus lighting and power in our garage over two visits. There were problems with the underground ducting in our new-build home (not their fault), which meant they had to install the cables by drilling through the kitchen wall. This wasn't ideal, but it was the best they could do in the circumstances. Their employees were very conscientious and professional and explained the problems to us thoroughly and patiently.

Leon arrived on time, was courteous , neat and did an excellent job installing an EO car charger . After being messed about by another installer it was a relief to receive such good service.
