LM Conservatory cleans and Repairs is a family run business headed up by Liam. Liam carries out the skilled workman ship while Sarah heads up the admin.

We deliver an unrivalled cleaning service - bringing your precious conservatories back to life and protecting you from having to pay for any costly conservatory maintenance that occurs from the build-up of moss, algae and other organic contaminants.

​We also look after your conservatory repairs, leaks, box gutters and ridges. All maintenance work under taken.

Gutter cleaning and an assessment of the lead flashing to the kitchen extension..Liam did a video of the flashing to show us the faults left by the previous people and suggested how to make good.We accepted his advice and he reseated the lead and glued it into place, repairing a broken tile he found.The gutters were cleared using suction pipes both front and back gutters.He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and gave good advice without being pushy

Liam has done many jobs for us, he has cleared our gutters and also fixed leaky guttering and jetwashed our driveway which is very large. Liam has always delivered a very high standard of work is always on time and incredibly professional and is also a great communicator.

Liam replaced a polycarbonate panel in my conservatory roof which had been badly damaged by Storm Éowyn. He did an excellent job. The new panel is perfectly fitted and completely watertight.

Liam came to repair a leak on my conservatory. Although the leak was tricky to find and also in an awkward position he found the issue and has successfully repaired the leak. Liam is always polite and explains what he is doing and never lets you down, he arrives when he says he will. Liam is my first and only port of call for my conservatory and he will always do what he can.

I called this company last year for a gutter clean and the day I was booked in it was a really frosty morning. Liam started work then said he'd rather come back when it was milder as he didn't want to damage the plastic gutters by trying to hack out the frozen debris. He came back, at no extra cost, within a few days. I also booked him to clean the patio and decking a month ago and was really happy with the outcome. Liam's great at what he does and is also a lovely person. Great work ethic too as he turned up as promised and didn't even take a break until the jobs were done. Thanks Liam, see you in the autumn!
