Chris and George provided me with a really excellent service. They had to come twice, providing initially a same day short term solution and at their second visit a permanent solution. They fully met the Which? Traders code of conduct, they were unfailingly polite and pleasant and communicated well regarding arrival times, possible solutions to our problem and the price of the work needed.

Work was to change a faulty cylinder lock to the rear upvc kitchen door. On phone booking, the labour charge was informed upfront and any parts were advised as being additional. George arrived within the agreed timeslot and kept me informed on his schedule when en-route. George was fantastic and demonstrated professionalism, helpfulness and patience when engaging. He was very amenable and kindly completed some additional work not originally discussed. I would defo' recommend Lock around the Clock for all of your locksmith needs !

Chris took my call Friday afternoon and arrived less than an hour later. I had a problem with a PVC door which just would not open! He found the problem very quickly, a jammed gearbox. It was replaced and the door works perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend him.

I was reccomended to this company by a good friend and was so impressed by their prompt arrival time, their honest appraisal of the condition of the lock on our front door and their subsequent servicing of the unit. They originally suggested a replacement, but on closer examination they were able to clean out and service the lock for a much lower fee. The work was carried out with speed, professionalism and with a real 'sense of cheer' (a Father and Son team). Happy to have them back!

just used this compony to gain entry to my house . told him when I would be home . he came to the minute he said he would.. very nice young man . did the job within second's very fast . price was very reasonable . told us the price over the phone and that didn't change. he also did 2 other jobs with the lock . bit of oil / tightened the barrel . works like new . many thanks lock around the clock. phone number stored if needed .

I gave them a call and they came out very quickly. The problem with the lock was fixed straight away, I was made aware of the potential cost of the parts and labour. In the end it was fixable without replacing hardly any parts so the price was very reasonable.

Called Chris and within a couple of hours he was with us, calling in advance of his arrival. This was not an emergency locksmith issue but something that has been getting worse over time. He replaced the broken locking mechanism having tried to repair it first. Explained to us what was wrong and why it needed replacing. The price was close to what I guessed it might be so there was no surprise with the cost. An acceptable and fair price for two guys, an hours work and parts. Would definitely use Chris again as and when needed!

The lock on the porch door was stuck. Chris arrived the day after my telephone call. He let me know what time he was arriving and arrived on time. After examining the lock he explained clearly what needed to be done, together with costings. The job was carried out very efficiently. The added bonus being Chris cleaned the door. A very professional and friendly service. Definitely on my to-go-to list.

I was impressed with the service received from this company. They came out to examine the bar lock on my back gate which I was having trouble opening and closing. Before arrival, I was given a call to say that they were on their way, and also told what the hourly rate was. When they arrived, they explained the likely causes of the problem to me, and then proceeded to work efficiently. The lock was fixed without needing to be replaced, and two new keys cut, as one of the existing ones wasn't good. I was only charged for the time taken, not the entire hour, and for the two keys.

My mother's lock failed on her door, when lock around the clock arrived they unlocked the door, and told us that the door had dropped. So they did not con us for a new lock like some might have. They just adjusted the door. And they also arrived in the time they said they would. Definitely would recommend.

Due to subsidence our front door was out of alignment and the lock had become unreliable. Though I didn't ask for emergency help, they arrived within 90 minuted, and took only about 30 minutes to fix the problem in a very professional way, at a very reasonable price.

Called Chris after leaving a key in the lock inside the house. He was very polite, friendly over the phone, and gave me a time estimate on when he'd be there. He called, saying he was on his way, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He had all the right tools to very quickly solve the problem, and took card payment!
