They were able to do the job the same day I phoned. After looking at the door they identified the problem and fixed it (carrying the part with them in their van). They also adjusted the door so it opened easily and tidied up after themselves. Very reasonably priced and I would recommend. Thanks Chris and George.

I called Chris this morning, and he came in the afternoon as promised. Our patio door needed realignment as the door has dropped with the weight of the glass and was difficult to lock the handle. Was only here 10 minutes and gave me a 10% discount on the bill. Very friendly and helpful

Classic story that should never happen to me … lost a key to a 5 lever mortise lock! The guys came out on time and within 20 minutes had opened the door, this was an oak door, minimal damage with just a 7mm hole drilled precisely through the door into the locking mechanism to allow access to the levers. It was good to watch and I believe the price was reasonable.

Father and son team, found via personal recommendation. They proved to be affable, professional, reliable and efficient. Job: non-urgent - difficulty turning the lock on a UPVC door. On initial contact they briefly ascertained the problem, discussed their pricing and arranged a day and time slot for the work. They arrived within the time. Had a friendly and professional attitude. They knew quickly what the issue was, were well prepared and carried out the work swiftly and efficiently. Within 15 minutes they had fully realigned the door and cleared up after themselves. No new parts were required so I paid their basic fee. Based on my experience, and that of my source, I highly recommend them.

George took my call late in the evening and scheduled to visit and fix my lock a few days later. He turned up within the time frame he provided, was polite and did a great job fixing the lock on my door in good time. He explained what he needed to do and why. It’s hard to find people that don’t over charge and make it sound look there is more work to do than is required. I would definitely recommend George and the company to anyone else that needs a locksmith.

Problem with 46 year old Ingersoll front door lock. Telephoned, advised me of their hourly rate, and said they would be with me within the hour, arrived much quicker, and suggested alternatives, try and service the existing lock, or replace it with an up to date Insurance compliant one. Agreed to the new one and was advised of the cost. Removing the lock revealed a problem, but this and the fitting of the new lock was done very much to my satisfaction with minimal damage to my door and doorframe. I have used this father and son run business on several occasions over the years and have no hesitation in continuing to use them in the future.

I foolishly locked myself out of my house. I left my keys in the barrel on the inside so i couldn't get my spare key in. I phoned Lock Around The Clock and father and son turned up within the hour and got me in within 3 minutes. Great service, nice guys and vey quick.
