Labour rate given on the phone before we agreed to him calling. Gave me a couple of options to resolve the problem and quickly and professionally solved our problem. Had the needed materials on the van and completed the work very quickly. Exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. Service delivered in a professional and personable way. His assistant was also excellent and got on with the job. Both were knowledgeable about the type of door they were dealing with and were able to adapt during installation of the frame.
