Our key was jammed in the front door lock. They came round within an hour, fixed the lock mechanism without having to replace the lock. Very responsive, professional and courteous.

As an elderly widow, I am cautious about strangers coming into my house, but I quickly relaxed with Chris. He made sure before leaving, that I could lock and open the French Windows. He was very thorough and charged less than his estimate. I would recommend him unhesitatingly to my friends.
