My in laws were going away for a few days and closed their front door with the keys in the lock inside. We called Lock Around The Clock and he met me at their house and got the keys out of the lock and we were able to get in the house. Brilliant service - he saved the day!

Chris came when he said he would and retrieved the broken key, thus saving me the cost of a new cylinder. He also lifted the door to prevent it happening again. He was polite and professional and charged less than I expected.

Chris replaced garden door lock, adjusted housing on 2 interior door locks so would stay shut and put opening limiter on further door. from start to finish he was thorough in checking what was needed and advising what my options and costs were. A tidy workman, he was punctual, cheerful and courteous and instilled confidence. I will be using him again.
