The workman arrived on time to fix the lock on my back door. He was polite and courteous. Proceeded to fix the lock and was very tidy and did a great job. Very happy as it saved me spending out on a new door.

Both gentleman who attended, were extremely polite and helpful. They seemed trust worthy and were not trying to oversell. They kept job as cheap as possible (and did a great job). They were also happy to take a look and fix additional lock for no extra charge.

Because of a broken hatch we were marooned in our living room unable to reach the toilet, front door and stairs. The locksmith came when he said he would and did an expert quick job. Great relief all round.
