I had a problem with a lock. Explained over the phone. They gave an estimate from a photo (without actually seeing it) Arranged a convenient time to come over (it wasn’t urgent), gave a 15 min heads up. Examined said lock, explained comprehensively what was wrong and fixed it there and then. Price was what they’d already quoted over the phone. Very efficient and reliable plus’s they offered me some good advice for the future. Would definitely recommend.

Locked out of house on a Sunday morning, advised to use Lock Around the Clock and Chris was with me within 20 minutes. He gained access almost immediately and to prevent a recurrence of the problem he fitted a Thumb Turn barrel. Chris was very polite and knowledgeable and I would certainly use him in future and would recommend his work. Also, very reasonable prices

Chris came round to fix a bathroom door where the lock had broken (while closed and locked) We’d tried everything we knew from removing the door furniture to knocking out the hinge pins but the door wouldn’t move. Chris took 15 minutes, found the mechanism on the lock, drilled a small hole to access it, replaced the lock, put all the door furniture back on and cleaned up after himself. Lovely guys, highly efficient, would 100% recommend.
