We have used Lock Doc/Kai for his services twice in the last couple of years, firstly to change our lock when we moved into a new house and then more recently when we had an issue with the lock on another door. I had an unfortunate situation where I accidentally locked myself out of my house after taking my dog for a walk. In my attempt to get back in, I damaged the lock. I called Loc Doc, and they were a lifesaver! They arrived quickly, gained entry into my home, and replaced the damaged lock with a new one. The locksmith was professional, efficient, and very understanding of the situation. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I had an issue with being unable to close my front door .I rang lock doc in a bit of a panic as I was on my way to work and obviously couldn't leave the door open all day.I was greeted by a reassuring voice and Kaj from lock doc was able to assist me and arrived within 20 minutes. I immediately felt reassured when he arrived as he told me it was just a small adjustment to the door that was needed .He was able to confirm that the total charge would be only £65.Kaj was able to rectify the problem quickly talking me through exactly what he had done .I wouldn't hesitate to use him or recommend him again .Its great to receive such a high level of customer service

Had a conservatory door that would not lock or open any more. Contacted Kaj who came the next day. He put a temporary lock on so the door would open and close whilst we waited a very short time (one day) for a new mechanism he didn't have on his van. Brilliant communicator, friendly, professional and a nice guy. He did the job with no fuss and did not cost loads of money.
