Our excellent customer service is like no other, we offer fast emergency locksmith service with absolutely no call out charges. We are a small, independent, Covid-19 safe family-run business in the heart of Reading, whose aim is to help those in need of a trustworthy locksmith. After accidentally locking myself out early in the morning, I phoned Wayne and he was round within an hour and had me back in my house 5 minutes after that. Excellent service!

My garage door key snapped off in the lock. It's an unusual lock which Wayne hadn't seen before. He attended within an hour and resolved the issue quickly. Great service.

We contacted Wayne by email when we are on our way home from holiday. He arrived 5 minutes before we got home from the airport and was extremely helpful. It wasn't an easy job in the dark, but he managed to get us in with good humour and efficiency.

Lock Solutions installed a deadlock for me on a garden gate. What stood out was that Wayne gave a clear and informed recommendation for which lock to install (including full pricing information) and then kept me regularly updated on when he would be able to get the lock and fit it. He arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard.

This company is absolutely amazing. We locked ourselves out and the keys were in the house. We also had the dog with us. Rang Wayne and he gave us an approximate time of arrival. He turned up before his expected time and we were back in the house within seconds of Wayne arriving. Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend his company to anyone in the future.
