Our excellent customer service is like no other, we offer fast emergency locksmith service with absolutely no call out charges. We are a small, independent, Covid-19 safe family-run business in the heart of Reading, whose aim is to help those in need of a trustworthy locksmith. Definitely recommend. I have never used a locksmith before and had visions of getting an extortionate bill. Fixed my front door lock. Fair price and Wayne is very professional and a really nice guy. If anyone I know that needs a lock looking at, I have saved his number

In a rush, I ran out of my door and didn't have a spare! I had Lock Solutions' number in my phone from a previous occasion years ago, so I tried the number and it was still the same! Really nice guy got to me super quick and got me back inside. Would definitely recommend and I would use him again.

Wayne has done work for us before, so when we had trouble with one window that wouldn't open and another that wouldn't lock, we called him again. He came and sorted the windows out efficiently, and gave us advice on an internal door lock which is failing. Wayne is professional, helpful and friendly, and we would have no hesitation in recommending him.
