Our excellent customer service is like no other, we offer fast emergency locksmith service with absolutely no call out charges. We are a small, independent, Covid-19 safe family-run business in the heart of Reading, whose aim is to help those in need of a trustworthy locksmith. Lock Solutions installed a deadlock for me on a garden gate. What stood out was that Wayne gave a clear and informed recommendation for which lock to install (including full pricing information) and then kept me regularly updated on when he would be able to get the lock and fit it. He arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard.

This company is absolutely amazing. We locked ourselves out and the keys were in the house. We also had the dog with us. Rang Wayne and he gave us an approximate time of arrival. He turned up before his expected time and we were back in the house within seconds of Wayne arriving. Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend his company to anyone in the future.

lock Solutions Limited, the lock and shoot bolts system had been dismantled to release the bifold door, contacting wyane was very effective , the repair required over the phone, appointment confirmed and on arrival was presented with a box of parts, it appeared effortless in reassembling the system. leaving in working order, very helpful. All work require had been carried out, clearly a very experienced and efficient lock smith.

We had problems shutting our Amex door our front door needed a new lock and we had lost the keys to our front windows. Wayne was able to fix all of these issues within two hours at a very reasonable price. He’s friendly a trustworthy. I would highly recommend him. Five stars from me

I called Lock Solutions when my key wouldn’t work in our front door lock…I was outside with 2 young children and Wayne answered my call and realising our predicament was there within 35 minutes with all the required equipment. He changed the lock with 10 minutes at a very reasonable price. He is very friendly, efficient and easy going. There was no mess left at all and he kept me fully informed from the minute I called to the minute he left. Such a helpful company with great customer service! Thank you Lock Solutions!

Wayne was on time, he was friendly and professional, he replaced the front door lock and back conservatory double doors which we're old and a bit tricky, I would highly recommend for an emergency or general replacement job
