3 way locking mechanism broken

Our patio door locking system broke and it was not possible to lock the door. I wrote an email to Lock Solutions quite late in the evening before going to bed, and to my surprise i noticed the next morning that Wayne had answered almost right away, even though it was so late. I explained the issue the next morning, and in less than 2 hours he came and fixed the problem. It was a pleasure to talk with Wayne while he was fixing the problem; he did very professional work and was quick. I would recommend him 100% if you need to fix door issues.

I contacted Lock Solutions as my local locksmith when I accidentally locked myself out. The response was immediate & we then agreed on a time to visit despite it being a Friday night. Lock Solutions then clearly explained what would happen next via phone and text. He arrived and was both polite and professional, resolving my issue - great to have a trusted local locksmith. Needed a new front door lock after my keys had broken. Wayne arrived the same day and fitted a temporary lock for me while he ordered the type I wanted. He returned promptly once the new one arrived and offered me a choice of door knobs. Highly recommend. Very friendly and great communication.

Nearly made a very big error by using another company. Fortunately, I got hold of Wayne who had actually been recommended by friends. He came out and, without any fuss or bother, got us back into our home. We live on the outskirts of Maidenhead. He had a job to finish, but he was with us within 40 mins. Our dog had pulled the night catch down from the inside so even though I had the key I couldn’t get in. Wayne had the correct tools for the job and had the door open in 5 mins. He is also a thoroughly decent chap, trustworthy and worth the cost of calling him out.
