Our excellent customer service is like no other, we offer fast emergency locksmith service with absolutely no call out charges. We are a small, independent, Covid-19 safe family-run business in the heart of Reading, whose aim is to help those in need of a trustworthy locksmith. Wayne came to fix my high security bike-lock and chain which was attaching my bike to the floor of the garage. As I couldn't open the lock, I couldn't use the bike, but I also couldn't use the garage as the bike was in the way. He came right on time, and did his utmost to fix the lock. Unfortunately he was unable to do this, but I was relieved that he could cut through the heavy duty chain, so that I could use the garage! He did this in a way that he could save the chain for our future use. He was extremely amenable and professional, and he would be my first go to locksmith if I ever needed one again. His charge was also very reasonable.

Wayne arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the problem. He left the lock in working order but had to order spare parts to complete the repair which he did 2 days later. All round a very professional job.
