Created and founded by Wayne Colvin, Lock Solutions have been providing professional locksmith services since 2006. Our excellent customer service is like no other, we offer fast emergency locksmith service with absolutely no call out charges. We are a small, independent, Covid-19 safe family-run business in the heart of Reading, whose aim is to help those in need of a trustworthy locksmith. I phoned for some advice on my patio door as it wouldn’t open,Wayne was able to come over within a hour and release it so I could use it . He was able to source the lock which was old and came back within the week to fix the door. Very happy

Phoned Lock Solutions at 9am, Wayne arrived at 10.30 and had fixed the lock by 10.45. Very efficient and professional service. Wayne was very helpful and friendly, he also adjusted the door hinges and checked another door while he was here.

Wayne came to fix my high security bike-lock and chain which was attaching my bike to the floor of the garage. As I couldn't open the lock, I couldn't use the bike, but I also couldn't use the garage as the bike was in the way. He came right on time, and did his utmost to fix the lock. Unfortunately he was unable to do this, but I was relieved that he could cut through the heavy duty chain, so that I could use the garage! He did this in a way that he could save the chain for our future use. He was extremely amenable and professional, and he would be my first go to locksmith if I ever needed one again. His charge was also very reasonable.

Brilliant service - for the 2nd time. Having locked myself out again he came on the day I phoned & at a time suitable to me. Gave me some great advice about the lock to prevent this from happening for the 3rd time and was able to do it there & then - you won’t get better than that!! Brilliant!
