Our excellent customer service is like no other, we offer fast emergency locksmith service with absolutely no call out charges. We are a small, independent, Covid-19 safe family-run business in the heart of Reading, whose aim is to help those in need of a trustworthy locksmith. This company is absolutely amazing. We locked ourselves out and the keys were in the house. We also had the dog with us. Rang Wayne and he gave us an approximate time of arrival. He turned up before his expected time and we were back in the house within seconds of Wayne arriving. Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. lock Solutions Limited, the lock and shoot bolts system had been dismantled to release the bifold door, contacting wyane was very effective , the repair required over the phone, appointment confirmed and on arrival was presented with a box of parts, it appeared effortless in reassembling the system. leaving in working order, very helpful. All work require had been carried out, clearly a very experienced and efficient lock smith.

I called Lock Solutions when my key wouldn’t work in our front door lock…I was outside with 2 young children and Wayne answered my call and realising our predicament was there within 35 minutes with all the required equipment. He changed the lock with 10 minutes at a very reasonable price. He is very friendly, efficient and easy going. There was no mess left at all and he kept me fully informed from the minute I called to the minute he left. Such a helpful company with great customer service! Thank you Lock Solutions!

Wayne came to fix my high security bike-lock and chain which was attaching my bike to the floor of the garage. As I couldn't open the lock, I couldn't use the bike, but I also couldn't use the garage as the bike was in the way. He came right on time, and did his utmost to fix the lock. Unfortunately he was unable to do this, but I was relieved that he could cut through the heavy duty chain, so that I could use the garage! He did this in a way that he could save the chain for our future use. He was extremely amenable and professional, and he would be my first go to locksmith if I ever needed one again. His charge was also very reasonable.

The lock broke on our bifold doors on the Friday morning. We did a Google search and found Lock Solutions. Phoned up and Wayne answered. We sent him a few pictures on WhatsApp of the lock and door and he was at our house within 20 minutes. He was super helpful and his prompt response was great. He was able to make the doors secure so that we could leave the property unattended until the manufacturer could do a service call. They had to removed the glass to fix the lock, which Wayne had predicted ! We were so pleased with how fast Wayne came out to us and that he made our house secure for us. Also his lovely dog Lockie had a nice play in the garden with our dog! Thank you Wayne and Lockie.
