Created and founded by Wayne Colvin, Lock Solutions have been providing professional locksmith services since 2006. Our excellent customer service is like no other, we offer fast emergency locksmith service with absolutely no call out charges. We are a small, independent, Covid-19 safe family-run business in the heart of Reading, whose aim is to help those in need of a trustworthy locksmith. The lock broke on our bifold doors on the Friday morning. We did a Google search and found Lock Solutions. Phoned up and Wayne answered. We sent him a few pictures on WhatsApp of the lock and door and he was at our house within 20 minutes. He was super helpful and his prompt response was great. He was able to make the doors secure so that we could leave the property unattended until the manufacturer could do a service call. They had to removed the glass to fix the lock, which Wayne had predicted ! We were so pleased with how fast Wayne came out to us and that he made our house secure for us. Also his lovely dog Lockie had a nice play in the garden with our dog! Thank you Wayne and Lockie.

Wayne came to fix the jammed lock on the French windows of my elderly neighbour. He came when he said he would, let me know so I could be there, was very friendly, professional and adjusted the hinge too. Would definitely use him again if needed.
