Fast & efficient
Marvellous - was nervous because I picked this tradesman from the phone book (Saw "Which" recommendation in advert". Came within agreed timeframe (30minutes) & told me the price up front. Polite & efficient, got full story from me & weighed up options. I had locked myself out of new PVC door!!.

I wanted to upgrade my locks to the latest standards. Larry gave us a good quote and we arranged a date and time. Larry arrived as expected and gave us good advice on the locks and carried out the work efficiently and in a friendly manner. Would certainly use Larry again and canÔøΩt recommend Larry highly enough.

I moved into a new property and wished to change the locks (yale and deadlock). Larry replied promptly to my initial email query. He automatically included the best practice British standard quality lock types in the quote (as required for cheaper home insurance). He kept in contact and arrived at the agreed time. He was pleasant to deal with and completed the work efficiently. He then checked that I was happy with the operation of the new locks, and tidied up after himself. He invoiced by email a few days later with simple payment options (I paid electronically). I would certainly call on him if I had any future requirements or in an emergency. Thanks Larry!

My elderly friend had fallen in her home and the police had to break in to get to her. Whilst paramedics attended her, I phoned the locksmith. Excellent service. He arrived within 1/2 hour. Did the job. Reasonable price. Very pleasant. I'd recommend him highly.
