Locksmith Services is a family business established in 2009, based in Harpenden and covering Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire. We're a father and son team, Larry started locksmithing in 2005 and Dean his son started in 2015 after becoming a qualified carpenter.
Locksmith Services are open 24/7 for emergencies and aim to get to you within 30 minutes of your call where possible. We can supply and fit door and window locks to British standard and insurance requirements.
If you need a locksmith in Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire because you want your locks upgraded for extra security, locks changed or repaired then at Locksmiths Services we have the experience, expertise and the equipment that the job requires.
We do not charge a call-out fee or charge hourly. We charge a set labour fee plus the cost of any parts that may be required.

My front door handle broke, it only took 30 mins for two of them to arrive, one to do the work, the other has a horse ton of spares, issued the parts, and their locksmith did a very good job, lock/handle now new and smooth.

My UPVC garage door needed realigning as it was difficult to close. This was quickly diagnosed and put right and it was the lock on my front door which was difficult to open when locked. A new lock was fitted to a third door. The locksmith arrived when he said he would and was very friendly and helpful, even giving me advice on how best to open and close my UPVC doors. I would use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them to a friend.

I needed a emergency locksmith for the deadlock in a wooden door. My first contact was unable to come for a week, the second from the Yellow Pages, demanded outrageous terms (too long to explain here) but the 3rd Locksmith Services were a wonderful find. They were courteous, friendly and quick and efficient. They did not try to persuade me to accept more than I wanted, charged a very reasonable price and explained what they were doing. Why I would recommend them highly.
