Locksmith Services is a family business established in 2009, based in Harpenden and covering Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire. We're a father and son team, Larry started locksmithing in 2005 and Dean his son started in 2015 after becoming a qualified carpenter.
Locksmith Services are open 24/7 for emergencies and aim to get to you within 30 minutes of your call where possible. We can supply and fit door and window locks to British standard and insurance requirements.
If you need a locksmith in Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire because you want your locks upgraded for extra security, locks changed or repaired then at Locksmiths Services we have the experience, expertise and the equipment that the job requires.
We do not charge a call-out fee or charge hourly. We charge a set labour fee plus the cost of any parts that may be required.

Larry arrived on time, explained the difference between the Euro and Brit lock types, and where the cost was impractical, he improvised to secure two locks so that they could not be breached from the outside, rather than charge me for replacements. All new locks fitted efficiently, and for a very reasonable price.

Called up Locksmith Services to change 3 locks on our new house. Larry was very friendly and explained all the options and costs up front. He arrived on time and changed all the locks extremely quickly with no fuss. He even made a couple of suggestions to improve the existing locks which was most appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
