Outstanding Professional Service given from initial telephone enquiry to Operations Director Claire about a replacement Gas Boiler. Claire has superb customer experience and communication skills with a warm efficient manner. Survey of old Boiler and pump was done by excellent Surveyor Jack. He gave us a detailed and realistic financial quotation for new boiler before leaving. Later impressive installation of new boiler to agreed budget and time-scale by Simon - a well qualified pleasant engineer. On completion, Simon neatly tidied up entire work and surrounding inside/outside areas. Telephone contact a few days later from MD Chris when we verified our complete satisfaction. We will employ LP & H Services for annual boiler service and have no hesitation in recommending them as a rating them as 10 on a scale of 10 ! Many thanks and appreciation to the team and we send best wishes for their future business.

Chris did exactly as he described to us. A brand new Worcester combi boiler, he removed the old tank in the bedroom and in the loft, and the old boiler in the kitchen. His work was clean and tidy. He explained everything to us and nothing was a problem. My husband chose Chris from 3 quotes, all prices were very similar but Chris stood out. Exceptional service. And our new combi boiler has been life changing!! We are very happy customers :)

New gas boiler and radiators throughout. Chris Lodge provided a home visit and went through all the the options for my property. He was clearly very knowledgeable, polite and at no time did i feel under pressure to accept his quote. The installation went very well, arriving promptly with all he needed and with a highly capable team who were also polite and respectful of my property. they all worked hard, maintaining momentum, quickly and professionally solving problems without fuss. all mess was cleared up and a comprehensive demonstration of my new central heating system was provided before Chris and his team left site. the follow up registration and invoice was swift and carried out with the same high level of business professionalism.

10 year old Ideal combi-boiler replaced with new Worcester Greenstar 25Si Compact combi-boiler. Chemical flush carried out. The old boiler removed and made good. All works carried out to high standard and all my questions answered to satisfaction. The Trader was polite and done his work to minimum disruption while I was working from home. I am pleased with the new boiler and would recommend this Trader to anyone who requires boiler works done.

Chris Lodge provided the best quote out of 5 companies, and the work was to install a new boiler. He made an assessment based on photos of the existing boiler and pipes which was very convenient for me. He scheduled an appointment within a few days. He and his work colleague turned up on time, did a grand job, resolved a tricky situation with the kitchen cupboard the pipes were enclosed in and left the place clean. I was very impressed with their work ethic and great service. I have been recommending him to my friends and family ever since.
