Really happy with the process from start to finish. Mark came out to give us a quote and we were able to book an installation quite quickly. Jason and David arrived bang on 8:00am and laid the dust sheets. They both cracked on and the installation of a new hatch to fit the ladder and boarding of the loft was completed in 5.5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and took away the rubbish and the room was left in the same way we had left it. Really happy with our new loft space and we cannot wait to use it. We would really recommend them!

Had a loft ladder installed 3-4-23. Received a phone call prior to arrival saying when they would be here and another to say they had arrived(bang on time). Explained exactly what they were going to do, which included removing original loft hatch and increasing size to fit in new hatch, which contained the fixed ladder. They then covered the whole area with dust sheets before starting. Cracked on with the work to a high standard and then explained how it all worked.(very easy but glad they showed us). On completion hoovered all around and left in very tidy order. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Very nice people

We recently had our loft hatch replaced, a 3 piece ladder added and the loft partially boarded. We looked at previous reviews and were impressed with their high number of positive reviews. Mark came out and gave us some really good ideas for making our loft more usable. It was not really usable for storage prior to then. He went beyond and suggested things we hadn't thought of such as getting the hatch enlarged. On accepting the quote, work was booked in quickly. Jason and Derek turned up early on the day and worked non stop. They did a great job, everything finished to a high standard and cleaned up afterwards. They explained how everything worked before they left. Overall really impressed and good communication throughout. Even comes with a 3 year guarantee. No hesitation recommending and would use again.

The team arrived and work very professionally, cleaned up and then explained everything they did. The loft is very neat and tidy now with new insulation and partially boarded. The hatch they had to enlarge for ladder was very neatly cut and finished off. Everything from the first call, survey and finishing was spot on. No problem with using again.

We are very pleased with our new loft ladder and will make trips into the loft a lot safer than hauling ourselves up from a ladder. I don’t know why we didn’t do this sooner. The initial survey and quote were done efficiently and at the appointed time. Equally the fitters turned up on time and worked fast and efficiently to complete the job. Everything was done to our satisfaction and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any loft work.

We needed to have three lofts reinsulated to modern standards and flooring installed above the insulation in two of them. I chose to get a quote from East Anglian Loft Ladders Ltd because of the excellent reviews on Which Trusted Traders. Having met the surveyor and discussed our requirements I was very impressed. His suggestions for the installation were constructive and he displayed an in depth knowledge of the energy conservation field. The quote was received promptly and the price was acceptable. The installation team was first class in every way. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. They were happy to answer our questions. The old insulation was removed without creating a mess in the house and great care was taken to clean up both during the installation and after completion. Our experience as customers was exemplary. The work was completed for the quoted price in two days as we had been told it would. We will receive an official energy performance certificate from the appropriate body. Photographs were taken of the work to enable the certification. Certification of energy performance is becoming increasingly important in house sales/purchases.

I contacted the company with the view to having extra loft insulation applied. I received a very quick response and David visited and sized up the job with some helpful observations. The work was completed on 3/10 in around 3 hours with everything left clean and tidy. A fair price and a joy to deal with from start to finish.

After an initial visit by Mark, David and Laura made a neat and highly efficient job of insulating and part boarding the loft. They worked in a competent and professional manner and tidied up after the work was finished. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

We had East Anglian Loft Ladders install some insulation in our loft and replace the floor boarding. They arrived on time and the work was completed in only a few hours. They did an excellent job, were friendly and informative, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We would recommend this company to anyone.

I had East Anglian quote for insulating and boarding my loft, plus adding a loft ladder. Since it was such a large job they quoted for all of it and half of the boarding, since I wanted to keep costs low at this stage. Their quote was very competitive and their advise was spot on. Out of the different quotes I received they were the only ones who offered the solution I wanted for the ladder, everyone else tried to push something not really fit for purpose. The work was carried within budget, to an excellent level of quality, and they were always very professional and friendly. Highly recommended, I will be using them to board the rest of the loft in a few months, and I will come back to them next time I need any of the services they offer.

We had extra insulation. boarding, ladder, and lights fitted. The guys came and got on with the work as promised and left us with a loft that we can now use for storage as we wanted. Happy to recommend them or use them again. Only downside was that ladder was not quite as solid when raised or lowered as I'd have liked, but is is secure to use.

I needed my loft insulation topped up as it wasn't up to current regs. Mark came out on a Sunday to quote. he offered me different options and there was no pressure at all to have anything other than what I wanted. David and Laura came one evening to tidy up the original lagging and top it up to current regs. Although it was a small job it was done very efficiently. I am so pleased I used this company and I'm sure I will be using them again if needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. It's 5 stars from me.

Really helpful initial visit - options and recommended solution clearly explained. From start to finish everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Every aspect of the work was completed to a very high standard. The installation team were competent and hardworking. A couple of unexpected technical hitches were expertly dealt with. Great reliable family business. Had a bigger loft hatch fitted with a ladder over a tricky small space over a bath! Great advice from Mark on the initial visit and then the installation was carried out by David and Jason. So professional and polite. I was expecting to have to fill in the plaster around the new hatch but they did everything! So tidy in their work, dust mats used and a very thorough hoovering. Place was spotless and it’s as though the new loft hatch was always there. Outcome is we have a far more accessible loft with a reliable ladder coming down from the hatch. Great work - thank you! We decided to have our loft insulated and boarded, as well as creating a new access hatch and installing a ladder.
