I first contacted Anglian Loft Ladders via Facebook, an advertisment popped on my timeline. After leaving a message I was contacted within two hours. A no obligation site survey was arranged to which Anglian Loft Ladders arrived promptly as per agreed time. A site survey was carried out promptly and very professionally. I was given a price almost immediately. The day of installation was agreed to which again Anglian Loft Ladders arrived as per time agreed. The works were carried professionally and my house was treated with the greatest of respect. My work was completed as per original plans and was fully explained during assembly. After the work was completed Anglian Loft Ladders cleaned every part of my house were they had been. I really can't recommend this company enough. Thank you Anglian Loft Ladders it was a real pleasure to use you're company.

East Anglian Loft ladders were excellent. They put in a bespoke loft hatch for me. They are very knowledgeable, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Mark came to do the quote and was very helpful in talking through the options. On the day of installation the guys were punctual, very tidy and their workmanship was superb. They clearly know what they are doing and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We are very pleased with our new fitted loft ladder and the service we received from the whole team at East Anglia Loft Ladders. The office staff were efficient and polite when booking the appointment, we were given good advice at the survey stage and the fitting team carried out the work to a very high standard on the hottest day of the year which was commendable. The communication with us was very good. The appointments and fitting arrangements were on time and we were kept informed of the arrival times of the fitters on the day. The team cleaned up after themselves and made sure we knew how to use the ladder safely before they left. Professional, honest and reliable from start to finish. David & Jason came and partially boarded loft and installed a drop-down ladder, new hatch and lighting. We saw the East Anglian Loft Ladder company advertised in the local Villager magazine. We had a look at their website and videos and contacted them for a survey and a quote. They are a nice family business and they worked extremely well and within an hour to install a telescopic loft ladder and hatch. There was no fuss and no mess but they cleaned up after them very well. Communication was excellent and they were very helpful, making sure we could operate the ladder properly before they left. I found East Anglian Loft Ladders by chance and what a lucky one it was! From the first phone call I found them to be very friendly, efficient and reliable. Mark was on time for the appointment to survey what needed to be done, he did not rush and he explained everything he was proposing to do. The work, taking three days and carried out by David and Laura, started and finished on time. It involved raising the joists to increase the insulation and then fully boarding over the loft space and replacing the loft hatch with an insulated one, making sure the existing loft ladder still functioned. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. The standard of work was excellent and the Saxon Family provided excellent service. One very satisfied customer! I was recommended EA Loft Ladders by a neighbour who had had his loft partially boarded and a drop-down ladder fitted. I engaged EA Loft Ladders to board the entirety of my loft, install some lighting, increase the size of the loft hatch and install a drop-down ladder. When they arrived to quote, they gave me several options to achieve my desired outcome and highlighted the pros and cons of each. The team were incredibly efficient, managing to complete the entirety of the work in one full working day rather than the 1.5-2 working days quoted. They arrived early and stayed after 5 to get the job done rather than stretching the job out over 2 days which meant I was bound to the house far less than I had initially anticipated. The team were incredibly friendly and professional. They made sure I knew how to operate the newly installed latch and ladder before leaving site and stressed that if there were any issues arising post installation that I was to let them know so they could return to fix. The team were also incredibly fastidious in cleaning up after the work. There was absolutely no evidence that they had been in which is more than I could expect from the average building contractor! Overall I would highly recommend to anyone considering having work done to their loft.

East Anglian Loft Ladders boarded out my loft space (including raising joists above insulation), installed a loft ladder and increased the size of the hatch. We couldn't be happier with the work completed, the friendly team worked hard and carried out the work above and beyond our expectations. We are so pleased with the extra storage space it's given us and are very happy we chose this company to do it.

Having requested quotes from three companies, one of whom never provided a quote and one who did not get to see us on the day of our survey, and thus could only quote over the phone, we were delighted with the efficient and thoughtful survey offered by East Anglian Loft Ladders. They clarified all our options for us, providing excellent information, including videos so we could see how different options would work. We were even more impressed that they were able to complete the work within a week of quoting for it. Our new hatch and ladder were installed to a very high standard and the standard of customer care was equally excellent. The polite and friendly manner of the two members of the family firm who carried out the work was as good as any offered by craftspeople who have carried out work for us over the years.
