East Anglian Loft ladders were excellent. They put in a bespoke loft hatch for me. They are very knowledgeable, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Mark came to do the quote and was very helpful in talking through the options. On the day of installation the guys were punctual, very tidy and their workmanship was superb. They clearly know what they are doing and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

East Anglian Loft Ladders provided a great service, starting with Mark who came on time as agreed and did a detailed survey and gave us very good advice about what possible options we had for the work. We decided to have our loft insulated and boarded, as well as creating a new access hatch and installing a ladder. David and Jason came on the appointed day, spot on time, and worked very hard, no slacking! They were very pleasant and courteous and cleaned up thoroughly each day. David double checked to ensure that the loft hatch was exactly where we needed it to be and explained what he was doing. It was a pleasure to have them both working here. Nothing was too much trouble for them and David even came back in the evening at the end of another job to do some additional work that we wanted. Thanks very much! Highly recommended this company. Mark came out to measure up and after agreeing the price the office confirmed an installation date. Team arrived promptly on the agreed morning and completed the next day as planned. Quality of work is very good, no mess made beyond what would be expected for an install. This was then cleared up. Above all a really friendly family company. I received a call on the Friday evening to check everything had gone well. It had, well done.

We recently had our loft hatch replaced, a 3 piece ladder added and the loft partially boarded. We looked at previous reviews and were impressed with their high number of positive reviews. Mark came out and gave us some really good ideas for making our loft more usable. It was not really usable for storage prior to then. He went beyond and suggested things we hadn't thought of such as getting the hatch enlarged. On accepting the quote, work was booked in quickly. Jason and Derek turned up early on the day and worked non stop. They did a great job, everything finished to a high standard and cleaned up afterwards. They explained how everything worked before they left. Overall really impressed and good communication throughout. Even comes with a 3 year guarantee. No hesitation recommending and would use again.

I had a new loft ladder installed and a new hatch fitted. It was really easy to arrange a quote and time for the work. The work was done to a really high standard and everything left very clean and tidy after they were finished. They were very polite and friendly throughout.

Having requested quotes from three companies, one of whom never provided a quote and one who did not get to see us on the day of our survey, and thus could only quote over the phone, we were delighted with the efficient and thoughtful survey offered by East Anglian Loft Ladders. Great reliable family business. Had a bigger loft hatch fitted with a ladder over a tricky small space over a bath! Great advice from Mark on the initial visit and then the installation was carried out by David and Jason. So professional and polite. I was expecting to have to fill in the plaster around the new hatch but they did everything! So tidy in their work, dust mats used and a very thorough hoovering. Place was spotless and it’s as though the new loft hatch was always there. Outcome is we have a far more accessible loft with a reliable ladder coming down from the hatch. Great work - thank you! We had East Anglian Loft Ladders install some insulation in our loft and replace the floor boarding. They arrived on time and the work was completed in only a few hours. Had a loft ladder installed 3-4-23. Received a phone call prior to arrival saying when they would be here and another to say they had arrived(bang on time). Explained exactly what they were going to do, which included removing original loft hatch and increasing size to fit in new hatch, which contained the fixed ladder. They then covered the whole area with dust sheets before starting. Cracked on with the work to a high standard and then explained how it all worked.(very easy but glad they showed us). On completion hoovered all around and left in very tidy order. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Very nice people

We had a loft ladder replaced and from the first phone call to the office to enquire, to the final follow up call on the day to check that we were happy, the knowledge and service has been excellent. The initial visit highlighted the level of experience and knowledge and he could see immediately how to remediate the issues we had with our old ladder. The quotation came quickly and the work was booked in within a couple of weeks. The work within the house was done efficiently and they tided up extremely well. The two men who fitted the new ladder were personable, and explained how the ladder worked clearly. We would not hesitate to recommended East Anglian Loft Ladders to anyone else.

Fitted a loft ladder, hatch, venting and partially boarded loft as requested, to agreed schedule and budget, even adapting for a better fit and easier use. Arrived with covers for all areas to be walked on, and cleaned up afterwards.
