We had extra insulation. boarding, ladder, and lights fitted. The guys came and got on with the work as promised and left us with a loft that we can now use for storage as we wanted. Happy to recommend them or use them again. Only downside was that ladder was not quite as solid when raised or lowered as I'd have liked, but is is secure to use.

Friendly local company responded quickly to enquiry, and efficiently replaced old loft hatch, all sorted in a week.

We saw the East Anglian Loft Ladder company advertised in the local Villager magazine. We had a look at their website and videos and contacted them for a survey and a quote. They are a nice family business and they worked extremely well and within an hour to install a telescopic loft ladder and hatch. There was no fuss and no mess but they cleaned up after them very well. Communication was excellent and they were very helpful, making sure we could operate the ladder properly before they left. I had East Anglian quote for insulating and boarding my loft, plus adding a loft ladder. Since it was such a large job they quoted for all of it and half of the boarding, since I wanted to keep costs low at this stage. Their quote was very competitive and their advise was spot on. Out of the different quotes I received they were the only ones who offered the solution I wanted for the ladder, everyone else tried to push something not really fit for purpose. The work was carried within budget, to an excellent level of quality, and they were always very professional and friendly. Highly recommended, I will be using them to board the rest of the loft in a few months, and I will come back to them next time I need any of the services they offer.

I had East Anglian lofts install a hatch and expandable ladder in my spare room. The ceilings are exceptionally high and they managed to put in a wooden ladder that comfortably reached the floor with a spring loaded mechanism for ease of pulling down. The pole to unlock the hatch was only just long enough for me to reach it. They very kindly offered to make a bespoke pole to make it easier for me. I’m very very pleased with the job they did and quality of the installed ladder. Mark and David worked tirelessly until quite late to ensure job was finished. They left the bedroom, stairs, landing and hallway spotless which was no easy task due to the rubble and brick dust everywhere from having to knock a large hole in the ceiling. I didn’t need to re do anything. Absolutely first class. Lovely chaps and so so nice to find tradesmen who actually do exactly what they quoted for and then go above and beyond. A rare find… can’t recommend them enough.

We have just had a new lift hatch installed and a large area of our loft boarded by East Anglian lofts ladders. David and Laura did an amazing job and made sure everything was tidy before they left, they were so professional and personable I really can’t recommend them enough. We are thrilled with our new loft it has made such a difference being able to store things up there.

I contacted the team, booked a date for a survey and then the actual installation was completed in less than three hours. Everyone I dealt with was friendly from the initial call, to the survey to the install team. Communication reminders were helpful. We now have some much needed loft storage space.

I'm a happy customer. The company responded to my initial enquiry promptly without being too pushy like some other companies. Every interaction, from the initial call, the surveyor and the fitters, were all friendly. The surveyor did a great job of maximising the available storage space. I had a large part of my loft boarded with shelving among the roof trusses, top-up insulation, the loft hatch was made a bit bigger with new door/trim and ladder fitted. The fitters were considerate with mess, took shoes off, put protective carpets down and cleaned up after themselves and really helpful after installation to show me the work and answer questions. From the initial enquiry to completion was around two weeks, although they had availability to do the work within the week - it was me who needed time to empty the loft. Overall, very pleased with the work done and to top it off, they were significantly cheaper than another company in the area.

The office staff were efficient and polite when booking the appointment, we were given good advice at the survey stage and the fitting team carried out the work to a very high standard on the hottest day of the year which was commendable. The communication with us was very good. The appointments and fitting arrangements were on time and we were kept informed of the arrival times of the fitters on the day. The team cleaned up after themselves and made sure we knew how to use the ladder safely before they left. I first contacted Anglian Loft Ladders via Facebook, an advertisment popped on my timeline. After leaving a message I was contacted within two hours. A no obligation site survey was arranged to which Anglian Loft Ladders arrived promptly as per agreed time. A site survey was carried out promptly and very professionally. I was given a price almost immediately. The day of installation was agreed to which again Anglian Loft Ladders arrived as per time agreed. The works were carried professionally and my house was treated with the greatest of respect. My work was completed as per original plans and was fully explained during assembly. After the work was completed Anglian Loft Ladders cleaned every part of my house were they had been. I really can't recommend this company enough. I needed my loft insulation topped up as it wasn't up to current regs. Mark came out on a Sunday to quote. he offered me different options and there was no pressure at all to have anything other than what I wanted. David and Laura came one evening to tidy up the original lagging and top it up to current regs. Although it was a small job it was done very efficiently. I am so pleased I used this company and I'm sure I will be using them again if needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. It's 5 stars from me.

I contacted the company with the view to having extra loft insulation applied. I received a very quick response and David visited and sized up the job with some helpful observations. The work was completed on 3/10 in around 3 hours with everything left clean and tidy. A fair price and a joy to deal with from start to finish.

Really happy with the process from start to finish. Mark came out to give us a quote and we were able to book an installation quite quickly. Jason and David arrived bang on 8:00am and laid the dust sheets. They both cracked on and the installation of a new hatch to fit the ladder and boarding of the loft was completed in 5.5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and took away the rubbish and the room was left in the same way we had left it. Really happy with our new loft space and we cannot wait to use it.
